    Travel Report

    I. Activity: NATIONAL WORKSHOP ON THE REVISION OF BUDGET OF WORK FOR


    MULTIGRADE EDUCATION

    II. Date: November 27 – December 6, 2023

    III. Venue: Axiaa Hotel, West Avenue, Quezon City

    IV. Participants: Multigrade School Leaders

    V. Objectives: To revise the existing curriculum guide adhering to MATATAG CURRICULUM

    VI. Insights: The workshop started by orientating all writers about the steps and tips on how to proceed
    with the alignment and harvesting the competencies in the MATATAG curriculum. School grade
    combination was identified. Then, subjects are assigned per region. Each participant from each region
    divided the subject matter assignment per grade and per quarter. Assigned to Region V is Filipino, to us
    assigned is quarter 2. We then proceeded to the workshop proper. Formulating suggested format,
    proposed activities and assessment strategy to be used per competency in Quarter 2, Filipino.

    Dr. Rose Villaneza of the Teaching and Learning Delivery was present to orient the writers about
    the catch-up plan and the Matatag Curriculum. Director Leila Ariola, was also present and delivered a
    challenge to all the participants. Outputs was submitted on time. With this, the workshop was very
    productive.
