Bespoke eCommerce upskilling programme
Brief: Bacardi had various levels of digital / eCommerce expertise across the
organisation. They wanted to develop and further their digital skills to create a common
brand voice, driving integration across different teams to achieve the organisations
overall sales growth goal. Their teams were based throughout Europe, thus requiring
their content to be highly relevant to their local market.
What we delivered: A four phased approach to the training which allowed us to split
their training into the journey the customer would experience themselves, from website
optimisation, buyer journey, SEO to sales and how to recapture browsers and covert
them into buyers.
The highly interactive face to face training was delivered in France, Benelux, Spain,
Italy, Germany and the UK in local language with local market insights
