V. Rationale
A Culminating Activity of Humanities and Social Sciences Strand is
designed to offer a students a valuable platform for applying their acquired
knowledge and honing their skills .This activity serves as a significant
motivational factor for students to assume responsibility for their own
learning journey and offers a tangible measure of their progress within their
specialized career in Humanities and Social Sciences. Moreover, these
activity may serve as compelling evidence of their learning achievement.

To do this, in reference to Dep.Ed Order No. 30, s. 2017, the Grade

11 learners of Humanities and Social Sciences Strand will conduct
“Enlightening young Mind by Promoting an Open World for
Education’s Recognition” (E.M.P.O.W.ER) through a one (1) day
Campaign.

This aims to:
1. Share the acquired knowledge about the topic.
2. Enhance their Understanding about the topic.
3. Give a better perspective about how the topic can help them to be a
good citizen in our society.
4. Have a big Impact on their understanding .
5. Finish the activity with a good result.
VII. Project
Description and
Mechanics
This project where the students from the HUMANITIES AND
SOCIAL SCIENCES (HUMSS) are going conduct a Culminating
Activity, providing an opportunity to showcase their extensive range of
acquired knowledge and skills. A Culminating Activity Promoting a Wide
Understanding about how Education manage to help us become a good
citizen to our society. This is a 1-day activity that will be held on June 5,
2023. The students are expected to be able to apply every knowledge and
learnings they have gained from their specialized subjects and show it
through Campaign.
