Method Of Namaz e Wahshat
Namaz-e-Gufaila A 2 rakat prayer to be recited on the night of

burial, 1st Rakat Sura Fatiha & Ayat al Kursi,
And in first rakat after recitation of Surah 2nd Rakat Sura Fatiha & Sura Inna Anzalna 10
Al-Ham'd recite this. times & qunoot, finish prayer & dedicate sawab
to the Marhoom.
          Method of praying Tahajjud Prayer which
carries immense rewards
          A 11 rakats namaz recited after midnight before
morning prayer)
          1. Nafilah of Layl - 8 rakats divided into four
prayers of two raka'ats each like morning
           prayer.
2. Salat al Shaf'a - 2 rakats like morning prayer
without any qunoot
And in second rakat after recitation of Surah
3. Salat al-Witr -
Al-Ham'd recite this. a) 1 rakat with al-ikhlas 3 times, al-falaq once
           

and an-nas once are recom mended after
al-hamd.
b) In qunoot this is recommended: "In the name
           of Allah, the Beneficient the Merciful. There is
no God except Allah, the Forbearing the
           
Generous. There is no God except Allah the
High the Almighty. Glory be to Allah Lord of

the seven heavens and Lord of the seven
earths, and whatever is in them and between
them and above them and below them Lord of
In Qunoot recite this. th e m ig h t y th r o n e . Pe a c e b e o n th e
Messengers. All praise is for Allah, Lord of the

Muhammad and his family, the purified ones."
            c) Then 70 tim es ask for forgiveness (I seek
forgiveness of Allah m y Lor d and I turn
     

repentant towards Him -
   

            d) Ask forgiveness for forty believers (or more) by
saying O Allah forgive ......     followed
            
by O Allah forgive all believers and Muslims
      

       e) say 7 times This is the refuge of one who
seeks refuge in You from the fire.
Salat Ghufailah -A two rakat namaz to be f) Say 300 times  (The Forgiver) referring to
recited between Magrib & Isha which has Allah swt.
great rewards g) finish rakat as normal
