United Airlines currently operates ~1132 units P/N 341525-1. The current MTBUR for the units is 21005 Hours.
In the last 24 months, 120 units have been removed. This issue has caused 45 delays and 4 cancellations across
the 737,757,767 fleet. Internal leakage is the top failure finding in the shop. Top symptom is pressure bleed down
when parking brake set.
Questions:
1. Are other Operators seeing similar issues?
2. Is there any component improvements to improve the reliability of this unit?

In Oct 2020, AFI sent a noticed to Esterline about a mistake in CMM 32-42-02 IPL. Air France observed several
items have the same MPNs but items are different parts.

Many piece parts of the above listed aircraft components are listed in the IPL of these components (CMM 32-31-
94; 32-31-93; 32-31-91) and are supposed to be procurable.
Beginning in 2019 it has not been possible to get a Request for Quotation from the OEM Safran, either a price or
lead time. Despite the same request in AMC 2020, Safran has yet to provide the quotation of the piece parts by
the end of 2020.
Safran, can you please fix this issue and allow these piece parts to be procurable?
