    Dear Parents/Guardians,
    Good day!
    The Soiree is one of the most splendid moment events to dress up formally. Be with their friends
    and seize the very special time in their intermediate year in elementary as the Grade 5 and
    Grade 6 pupils.
    In relation on this, we would like to request an approval to conduct the event that will be held on
    24th of February 2023 from the afternoon at Saviour School Bentley Park Subdivision. The plan
    will be established, we are asking for you permission to allow this event.

    In line with this, there is a contribution of P350 which covers the following:
     Food
     Sound system
     Decoration of the venue

    Further details will be discussed by respective class advisers.
