JOB DESCRIPTION

POSITION : INTERN - SALES

Leading EdTech Company is looking for a sales professional who would be passionate towards sales and
will lead initiatives to generate and engage with customers to build new business for the company. As a
Sales Professional, you will contribute to the profitability of the company by driving growth through high
volume of revenue generation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

 Develop product knowledge with a strong understanding of the product platform.


 Identify and develop business from prospective customers through cold lead generation and follow up
with regular proactive contact.
 Consistently close sales leads & follow up on unsold leads and cancellations and uncover new business
opportunities with the customer base.
 Meet daily and monthly target mentioned
 On closure of a sale, connect with the customers to ensure satisfaction with their purchase and
concerned queries if any.
 Collaborate with teams across the company to provide outstanding service while driving sales and
conversion.
 Negotiate prices or terms of sales and prices with competitors.
 Provide feedback and daily & monthly reports to the Reporting Manager.
 Create effective sales presentations (Projection reports, Sales Forecasts & Demonstrations).
 Create and maintain a sales pipeline by maintaining accurate and complete information.

REQUISITES

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


 Good Interpersonal & Negotiation skills.
 Good at Networking to build relationships thus increasing the conversion rate.
 Commitment to constant learning about the company, products and services.
 Ability to develop & execute sales plans to meet & exceed targets set.
 Must be goal-oriented & persuasive.
 Bachelor’s degree is preferable.
 Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
WORK LOCATION – Coimbatore

COMPENSATION DETAILS

 First Month Salary : Rs. 10,000 (Training Period).

 Salary from Second Month : Rs. 15,000 (Based on Interview Performance), Plus Travel Allowance on
Daily Basis.
