JOB TITLE- BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ANALYST


Location: WORK FROM HOME
JOB TYPE: Full-Time
WORKING HOUR: MON TO SAT 10:00AM TO 7:00PM

Job Summary: As a crucial member of our team, the BUSINESS D EV EL O P M ENT ANALYST at
RRP : THE EDUCATION HUB will be instrumental in propelling our organization's growth and
success.The role encompasses lead generation, career counseling, personalized course
recommendations, and the pivotal task of closing deals to drive revenue. The BDA's profound
expertise in both marketing and sales will be pivotal in promoting our diverse course offerings and
expanding our student base.

Compensation: The compensation package for the role of BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT


ANALYST (Post Qualification Training) ranges from INR 6,00,000 to 8,00,000 per annum, with a
fixed pay of 3 lakh to 5 lakh and an additional performance-based pay of 2-3 lakh. Please note
that the package may vary based on the performance & experience. Performance-driven
incentives and bonuses linked to surpassing sales benchmarks.

Job Description: As a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ANALYST , your role will involve translating
theoretical knowledge gained in the initial training phase into practical revenue-generating
strategies during the final 2 weeks of the On-the-Job Training (OJT) phase. You will be
responsible for implementing effective techniques to drive revenue and contribute to the
company's growth.

Stipend during ATP: During the complete training program spanning 18 days, a stipend of
INR 8,000 will be provided. It's important to highlight that this stipend is subject to pro-rata
adjustments based on your active participation and performance during the training program
Performance-driven incentives and bonuses linked to surpassing sales benchmarks.

RESPONSIBILITIES;

Market Research and Analysis:

 Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities and industry
trends.
 Analyze competitor landscapes and industry benchmarks to assess market positioning.
 Provide insights into market dynamics, customer behavior, and emerging trends to support
decision-making.

Business Strategy Support:
.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine business strategies.
 Assist in the development of business plans, including financial models and projections.
 Evaluate the effectiveness of current business strategies and recommend improvements.

Lead Generation:

 Identify and qualify potential leads through research and analysis.
 Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted lead generation strategies.
 Monitor and report on lead conversion rates, contributing to continuous improvement.

Financial Analysis:
.
 Prepare and analyze financial data to assess the feasibility and profitability of business
opportunities.
 Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
 Evaluate the financial impact of proposed business initiatives.

Reporting and Presentation:

 Compile and present comprehensive reports on market trends, business performance, and
growth opportunities.
 Create visually appealing presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
 Communicate complex data and insights in a clear and concise manner.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

 Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to align business
development strategies.
 Provide analytical support for various business development initiatives.
 Foster a collaborative environment that encourages the sharing of insights and ideas.

QUALIFICATIONS

 Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the EdTech sector.


 Strong communication and presentation skills.
 Ability to understand complex technology solutions and articulate them to a non-technical
audience.
 Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
 Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
