Speed is the most robust component of my fitness. Why do you think that is? As someone who plays basketball, I can say that I am somehow faster than average players, and based on the result, it exceeded my expectation. What is the weakest component of your fitness? Reaction time is the weakest component of my fitness. Why do you think that is? Because on my first try, I almost did not catch the ruler having a result of 300cm, signifying that I had a slow reaction. By analyzing your fitness test results, what is/are your Fitness Goal/s?
