Quality Sewage Pumps
USE - The submersible pump is widely accepted by
the industry all over the world since it was developed,
it is the best method to save the cost and easy for ope-
ration, the following are the features of SPCO pumps:
Compact design - The submersible pumps comprise
an electric motor and pump portion directly coupled.
The advantages are not only smaller in size and cost
eective, but also easier in installation and use.
Lower operation cost - When operating under the
water, almost no need basic construction to support
the pump, it can be installed in most of the locations.
Lower installation cost - No need suction pipe,
only connecting discharge pipe for operation, the
diculties of suction head, excess piping and
valves, as well as shaft alignment can be avoided,
also no shelter needed to reduce the cost of basic
construction.
Improvement of work environment - Less space
needed at ground level to increase the availability of
oor space, the submersible pump can be installed in
uneven sump with quiet operation.
The GRS body was bolted and xed on the sump oor,
through the stainless steel chain the guide rail steer
the pump to the GRS body, it locks and releases
automatically to the discharge connection.
To ensure working convenience and safety, the
worker can hoist up the pump in short time without
emptying the sump or go down the sump to remove
the pump, due the pump can be installed and remo-
ved easily, whenever the pump is needed inspection
or maintenance, the standby pump can be installed
to avoid the loss and inconvenience during the down
time.

H Series Sewage Pumps
A precision manufactured motor is achieved
utilizing a laminated sheet steel production
process combined with the highest standard
of quality control. The drive shaft and rotor
assembly is heat treated and the stator and
wiring impregnated with varnish and then
heat dried in an industrial oven. This ensures
a 100% quality manufactured motor with
stable characteristics and a high eciency.
SPCO professional production assembly line,
complimented with a synthesized production
test ensures the highest level of nal pump
quality.
Standard accessories include: VCT cable
with an epoxy resin sealed water resistant
cable base, AC thermal motor protector, dual
mechanical seal and lip seal design.
U type Vortex Non-clogging impeller or

casing, water cooled motor makes it particularly
suitable for low water level applications.
A fully waterproof IP68 stainless steel structure,
combined with a high grade silicon carbide
double mechanical seals.
The DC range of pumps are compact, strong and easy
to operate in any situation.
The DC impeller is manufactured in a high
chrome alloy (HCR) steel with a hardness of
55 - 60 Rc., which makes it resistant to prolon-
ged use in abrasive applications.
