    Hello,

    You requested access to a secure item in Mastercard Connect that requires a


    SecurID token. Before you can access this item, you must download and install the RSA
    SecurID application on your computer. This may require approval from a system
    administrator at your company. If so, reach out to your internal IT support.

    You can find instructions on how to download, install, and use the RSA SecurID
    application here. You can also find the guide on the Connect sign in page.

    Activate your RSA SecurID token and set your PIN

    • Sign in to Mastercard Connect with your user ID and password


    • Mastercard Connect will prompt you to activate your RSA SecurID token
    • Click activate, and then create a 4-8 digit PIN
    • After your SecurID is activated, you will no longer use your password

    Signing in to Connect using your SecurID token

    • Once you have your RSA SecurID application open, enter your PIN
    • When you enter your PIN, your token will generate an 8-digit passcode
    • Click the copy button
    • Paste the 8-digit passcode into the ‘password or passcode’ field of Mastercard
    Connect, along with your user ID
    • You should now be successfully signed in
