be discussed and validated with your school’s teachers and staff.

Shared Vision Statement:


Belison Central School/Concepcion Elementary School/ Maradiona Elementary School envision itself in the next three
years (2021-2023) as an educational institution that ensures the well-being and welfare of its learners and equips them with
competencies that would develop their communication skills to enable them to become successful global citizens. We
believe that solid foundation of literacy skills: reading, writing, speaking and listening shall empower our learners to
achieve their individual career or professional goals . To develop this foundation, the school will explicitly teach literacy
skills in all content areas where learners engage with a variety of texts that develop their critical thinking and stimulate
their interest and enjoyment in reading. Faculty and staff will undertake professional development that will equip them
with appropriate approaches and strategies to make literacy instruction beneficial and rewarding educational experience.
The school encourages the involvement of the family, community leaders and other stakeholders.

initiative to address that gap based on the project initiative menu first.

By the end of school year 2021-2022, at least 80% of Grade III learners belong to instructional level using the
standardized tool, Philippine Individual Reading Inventory ( Phil-IRI).
26 0r 100% of the teachers will be capacitated on teaching appropriate approaches and strategies through in
service trainings and LAC sessions conducted at least 5 times in a school year.
At least 80% of the family members participate in capability building and serve as learning facilitators of Grade
–III learners for school year 2021-2022. Other stakeholders manifest support through financial or material
resources for the development of instructional materials, rewards or incentives for learners and parents.
