Procedure Step 1:
The dispersion has to be made within approx. 20 minutes at 1,000 rpm (static
vacuum: < 200 mbar) under concurrent heating of the mixture to an inside
temperature of 65 °C.
Afterwards within approx. 15 minutes at 1000 rpm (static vacuum: < 200 mbar) the
mixture is cooled down to an inside temperature of 40 °C.
Step 2:
The components are homogenized with the mixture from step 1. The dispersion
occurs under cooling:
- approx. 10 minutes at 1,000 rpm (static vacuum: < 200 mbar)
- approx. 5 minutes at 1,000 rpm (dynamic vacuum)
