Current: Feb.’19 to till date Plant Head - Universal Power Products ( Microtek International Private Ltd.) Parwanoo (H.P.) Working in the capacity of Plant Head and responsible for complete a Plant operation which includes operations, Quality, Plant HR, Dispatch, Plant Maint. , Store function, ERP, Civil & Projects. • Managing a team of 500 associates included in all factory operations. • Responsible for Plant profitability by keeping the product cost in defined range and to increase the profit by cutting down the product cost. • Oversees manufacturing operations and manufacturing operating reports to resolve operational, manufacturing, and facility problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays and to meet future growth. • Measuring all plant performance key parameters -Plan Vs. Actual , Yield , OEE , MTTR , MTBF , Customer complaints , internal complains ( non conformity) , Preventive maintenance , product cost . • Responsible to meet all legal , statutory requirements associated with plant operations ( STP , Pollution control board norms ,safety, Labor Laws etc.)
• Ensuring the plant based on low inventory level, stock count accuracy (Physical Vs.
