Organizational Experience

Worked with Ajay Industrial Corporation ltd.DDN( Encraft) as plant head from October 2010 till
December 2012 as Plant Head.

Since Feb.02 to Sept.2010 with INKOTECH ( India ) Pvt.Ltd. Noida as Deputy General
Manager( Operations) 100 % Ancillary Unit of Samsung for Injection Molded Plastics components.
INKOTECH is one of the leading manufacturers of Injection/Gas/Steam Moulded plastic components for
Digital Media and House Appliance product with annual Turn Over of Rs.100 Crores. And work force of 350
members.
Key Responsibilities & Achievements

 Responsible for achieving Management directive Goals.


 Accountable for smooth running of production with least defect ratio and least nos of customer complaints.
 Involved in material pricing entailing cost analysis based on vendor’s machine set up, infrastructure evaluation
and commodity base.
 Responsible for handling cost down projects like Localization, Standardizations, and Process Innovation
Methods.
 Gained exposure in working on Cost Comparison Models with overseas subsidiaries and taking important
decisions for global sourcing and cost benefit.
 Rendering technical assistance and commercial guidance to the vendors & evaluating their capacity during
development process.
 Significantly contributed in guiding the moulding vendor and achieved annual savings worth through
improvement in gas moulding efficiency within less than three months.
 Functioned as a member of the Vendor Up gradation Team to reduce mould change over time to one fifth from
original, thus attaining annual savings worth 37000 USD.
 Efficiently led a team of major 7 injection moulding suppliers’ to benchmark best practices in injection
moulding, spray painting and assembly process at Indonesia & Malaysia subsidiary.
 Played a key role in the Vendor Up gradation Project for obtaining ISO 14001 Certification to ensure Heavy
Metal (Lead, Mercury & Nickle) controlled level, ROH’S (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) and Supply Only
Green and Eco friendly Products.
 Proved instrumental in framing purchasing procedures, policies and standards based on guidelines rendered
by HQ, Korea and ensuring all key areas functions as per prescribed rule (GPPM: Global Procedures and Policy
Manual).

 Successfully installed and establishes three Injection molding plants.


 Company like INKOTECH start with four machines with the capital investment of 1.75 crores and reached the
turnover of 80 crores with 17 machines.
 Achieved mold change over time less then 5 minutes.
 During my tenure Inkotech Bagged Global best vendor awards amongst Samsung all subsidiaries.
 Involved in costing & negotiation with vendors for timely procurement of equipments and spares.
 Instrumental in developing an alternate vendor source for procurement of parts for initial period till
stabilization of quality & quantity.
 Rendered technical assistance to vendors along with assistance in procurement of raw material, gauges &

In-house training program on ISO 9000 ,14000 and QS certification.

Various Program in Malaysia, Thailand and Japan for development of best practices
in Injection molding process.
