Office modular furniture involve Designing and planning, indirect purchase, machining &

Significant Accomplishment
In EPL, Implemented powder coating project ROI within six month.
Reduction in high value items inventory through lean and value engineering.

In Pal Peugeot 300 nos. of 118NE petrol car old stock cleared by our CFT and
saving of major amount.
Member of QS9000 core committee in 2000 to 2004 visited all India suppliers for
initial setup of QS 9000.
CFT team member in Deming, JQM, TPM excellence award.
Received special appreciation letter from Mr. Anand Mahindra for engine capacity
enhancement from 40 to 75 & 100 per shift and engine testing capacity enhancement
from 6 to 12 engines per shift.
In 2003, all models BSII to BS III conversion, core team member from engine
production team.
In 2008 successfully launching of Arjun new tractor model, core team member from
tractor production team.
Used knitted gloves on assembly line after chemical washing, yearly saving of
approx.1.20 Cr.
26 nos. of contractual manpower & 03 vehicles reduced in project scrap mobile
trolley in 2016, saving of 1.5 cr. per year.
From 2011 to 2016, 55 nos. nonperforming assets disposed of getting good book
value.

Health Safety and Environment

audit points and ensure to be implemented by owner/user before use in
production.
