Customer survey is important because it helps our company increase profitability by
measuring customer satisfaction with our service also with their trust. Business use
different types of methods of survey like in person interview, paper survey, telephone
survey, online survey etc. In person interview can helps to collect the report directly
from the customer or respondent. Paper survey is quite useful when it comes to field
research and data collection. Telephone survey is also popular survey method used
by organizations. Online survey consists of few questions which can be sent to
customer emails. Using a conduct customer survey, a company can gain valuable
feedback from the customers. It also helps to understand what customers want from
their service. Maintaining loyalty of customers is also possible with using the survey.

Introduction:
The report is about the customer survey where 49 customers provided their
feedback regarding Ozhouse cleaning service.
Analysis
With the analysis of ease of business, the industry benchmarks show the rate is
47%. The other customers who would recommend the ozhouse cleaning to other
the rate of industry benchmark is 63%. Industry benchmarks show that the
average number of customers who indicate that would use services again is 72%.
The survey has been done with the 49 customers who participated with it.
Overall:
The overall findings of overall satisfaction rate are 42% and most customers are
satisfied with our services but they also mentioned some key points where we
need to improve.
Recommendations
There will be some recommendations about which we need to improve, like for a
satisfactory customer service, our staffs must need to have proper training
regarding our policy and procedure. The staffs need to know the details not only
the service we provide but also with the products we use for cleaning to let the
customers know so they will be satisfied.
