6. Approach to be taken in upcoming consultation with managers

Discussed:

1. Plan and budget as in the attachment (Drafts Version 1). All the discussed changes are
implemented in Draft Version 2.

2. It is important to understand the communication needs of internal and external stakeholders.


Internal stakeholders include employees, colleagues, managers and owners or shareholders.
External stakeholders include shareholders and others such as governmental bodies,
communities, financiers, suppliers and customers.

3. Three approaches: tool, process and social transformation.

4. Methods of communicating can take many forms, such as written reports, conversations,
email, formal status reports, meetings, online databases, online schedules, and project websites.
You should consider several factors before deciding what methods you'll choose to transfer
information.

5. ISO 31000 makes it clear that organizations should “manage risk by identifying it, analyzing it
and then evaluating whether the risk should be modified by risk treatment in order to satisfy
their risk criteria.” The basic principles of Risk Management include the following:

• Risk Management must be part of the decision making processes.

• Risk management creates value and contributes to the achievement of objectives.

• Risk management contributes to the demonstrable achievement of objectives and


improvement of performance.

6. - Identify and track needs and expectations.

- Identify and track perceptions and attitudes.

- Provide feedback on specific planned developments.

- Evaluate implementations and actions.

- Establish the brand values and positioning of the corporation as seen by others.
