History

Santa Marta can claim to be the survivor of the oldest Spanish settlement in
Colombia, as well as being one of the oldest cities in the American continent. It
was founded on July 29, 1525 by the Spanish conqueror Rodrigo de Bastidas and
was the first Spanish settlement in Colombia.

Itinerary

Day 1 - Santa Marta

10am - Art and patriotism


It is one of the most important attractions of Santa Marta, as it is the place where
the Liberator Simón Bolívar spent his last days. During the tour, you can learn

mountainous environments.

place. You will install yourself in the native accommodation and rest for a few
