Objective of the study:

General Objectives:
To understand the main objective of Kenro’s superstore they usually outline these
objectives in before the start of new fiscal years. These companies can best reach
their objectives by staying costumer focused, offering products and services their
costumers want. That is why most mini grocery store companies also develop
comprehensive marketing plans to reach their key objectives.Marketing plans to help
the owners better define their target costumers and store concepts, such as whether
they serve speciality markets like organic food. The major objective of most grocery
store companies is to sell products and earn the highest profits possible. However
Kenro’s superstore owners face major competition from other retailers like
restaurants and mass merchandisers,Small grocery store companies also strive for
more costumer traffic in their stores. The best way to achieve high costumer traffic
levels is to locate stores in high-traffic areas. This may include business districts or
areas close to residential or apartment buildings.Costumer traffic can also be
enhanced by providing plenty of parking spaces and easy access to and from major
roads.Owners can also increase costumer traffic by providing proper lightning and
security for those who shop at night. To those loyal costumers are those who
repeatedly came back each week. One way a small grocer builds a repeat costumer
base is through loyalty program.Loyalty programs are designed to reward costumers
according to their purchase volums. These rewards can include coupons on popular
item or even free products.

need of payroll system to make easier to compute the salary of their employees. The
payroll system is only used the administrator and employee but the employee
capable only to view the list and their payslip. For security purposes, data base is
protected by a password that verifies if the user was authorized to use the

superstore Refers to the products such as snacks, liquors, candies, cigarettes and
etc.The shoppers of kenro’s superstore are the main beneficiaries of the proposed
project. The innovated cart will provide them more ease and convenience in
budgeting their means by the use of the price indicator shown at the screen as well
as the current total of the items they have purchased.Another beneficiary is the
owner of the shop.A kenro’s superstore is a small store that stocks a range of
everyday items. Convinience store usually charge higher than ordinary supermarket,
which they make up for with convenience by serving more location and having
shorter cashier lines.According to the characteristics of retail business in kasiglahan
Rodriguez Rizal there is research in Kenro’s superstore to understand the quality of

management is a very important concept in a company that calls for special
managerial attention. In the modern times inventory management has become the
integral part of the companies. So all the firm gives special importance of
inventory. The Limitations of the system include not knowing records of inventories
that are counted weekly or monthly. Compared with counts from the previous days
because pass records are adjusted. To include purchases within the certain
period. The research data was based on interview of the people on kasiglahan near
kenro’s superstore.Descriptive methods of research will be used in the study and a
total of fifteen people working at kenro’s superstore will be involved as a respondents
to this study. Kenro’s superstore operate on a slim profit margin per item. It’s not
unusual for a grocery store profit margins typically range from one percent to three
percent depending on the items.Grocery stores make their money on volume. They
may not make much on any one item, but it’s rare shopper who only buy’s one
item. That’s why the store kindly provides big shopping carts for their costumers. With
not much additional effort the grocery store sells you 20 items or more making much
more profit rhan they would have if you had bought only one item. Small groceries
store are highly competitive with each other though so they cannot raise their sales
prices too much or their cutomers will buy their produce elsewhere.Kenro’s
superstore buyers are continually challenging their suppliers to keep their prices low
and they often bypass the wholesaler entirely, buying directly, instead of local
farm. The fact he wholesalers are selling more to convenience stores.Which can
charge more for produce doesn’t necessarily mean that the convenience store profits
have increased.Either,Convenience stores charge more, but they also pay their
suppliers more per item.Grocery stores reported the highest volume of sales in dry
groceries. These are the canned vagetables, cereals, pasta, and other packaged and
canned products. The percentages shifted a bit from dry groceries. To the second
highest department meat, and specially tothe third highest department produce.
