Industry Institute Interface:The technology is changing rapidly; with its needs of industry changes. Group provides an edge by way of exposing students to new technology needs through lectures from reputed dignitaries from industries. The department thus functions as a platform for fresh talents ready to take up challenges. Being a leading Management Institute, it is extremely important to be connected with global network of industries and academic institutions. GNIT-Management School has strong associations with various national and multinational companies, educational and research institutes. We have been giving equally importance to industrial interaction activities. This year, our students have been involved in many industrial visits and interactions which gave them real exposure to the industries. These activities also proved fruitful as students got opportunities to interacted and got guidance from eminent industry giants and skilled professionals. Such drives also help students to understand what the latest trends in professions are and what industries expect from upcoming professionals. The Institution has very strong links with the industry and continues to receive generous support that proves to be of immense value in arranging training to the students to strengthen their technical & personal skills. Department prepares them for recruitment and organizes various activities that orients students to face challenges of live situations. The aim of this initiative is to help bridge the gap between the Industry requirements and the skill set provided by the institution and to build a bright and prospective career for the students.
Serve the community by providing access to our campus activities & career resources. Act as a link between students, alumni and the employment community. Upgrade the students' skill sets commensurate wit h the requirements of the industry. Generate awareness in the students regarding future career options available to them. Assist our students in obtaining final placement in reputed companies. Ensure placement of students in different companies for summer internship.
Establishing linkages between the industry, the students and the faculty. Organizing training programs in association with the Corporate. Conduct awareness programs for the students in the form of W orkshops, Seminars and Conferences in association with Institutions and Corporate. From last few years IBM technologies, Oracle, Microsoft organized workshops for 3rd and final year students.
Conduct value added programs like the Personality Development and communication skills workshops. Conducting Aptitude Test for the students and organize Group Discussions and mock Interviews.

GNIT-Management School has modern infrastructure and technological support to facilitate teaching, learning and personality development of its future managers and technocrats. It supports the campus life with serenity and hygiene facilities right from the classrooms to library to labs up to the hostel. The Institute has developed state-of-art infrastructure over the years with its well equipped spacious air conditioned lecture halls, an ultra modern auditorium, a well stocked library, a high technology equipped computer lab and a bank within its premises.
Classroom / Tutorial Room facilities:There are 6 Lecture Halls and 2 Tutorial Halls available in the Institute. These halls are architecturally and aesthetically well designed and are well ventilated. The furniture in the rooms is economically designed for the comfortable sitting of the students. In addition to the traditional blackboards, to make the teaching-learning process multidimensional and multi-media over head projectors and LCD projectors are used. Various other audio visual aids are also used to enrich the teaching learning processes.
Computer Centre facilities :There are around 7 air-conditioned spacious computer labs equipped with about 200 computer sets with the latest configuration and the state-of-the-art softwares. All the computer systems are connected by LAN & 24 hours internet connectively is provided for the benefit of students as well as faculty members.
Communication Lab:As it is said, Spoken words rule the world to commensurate the same we at GNIT-Management School, make it realise, make students assimilate and gradually create requisite confidence in them and articulation becomes their paraphernalia. To hone the conversational skills of students, GNIT- Management School has established a wellequipped Professional Communication Lab.
The Professional Communication Lab is designed to have an interactive session with the students to remove their inhibition, and teach them the nuances of speech with great felicity and versatility. The lab curriculum is designed in a manner so that students are exposed to build themselves to perform better in present environment of corporate world. The language lab sessions also includes words games, quizzes, debates etc. these sessions are complimented by online learning process. The lab is furnished with the latest audio and video gadgets, headphones, CDs and books etc. Personality Development Programmes are conducted exclusively to train students in GDs, interviews and seminars thereby providing a full fledged pre placement orientation for the budding managers.
Library facilities :Library and information services play a vital role in educational processes. The Institutes Centralized Air-conditioned Library is well stocked with a collection of more than 6287 volumes on various topics, running to 719 titles that include text books, foundation books and books for supplementary reading. The library will also equipped with E-journals and hard copy of journals. The central library is organized on Open Access System. It has a seating capacity of 50 students. Professionally qualified library staff operates the Library.
Auditorium / Seminar Hall/Amphi:The Institute has a huge Seminar Hall with over 200 students seating capacity in the academic block itself. The college building has adequate number of well-furnished halls for conducting academic
activities like EDPs, seminars, and conferences. Students get opportunities of interface with some of the best minds in their respective fields in these programmes.
Cafeteria:A favorite haunt of students during off hours is the spacious and well designed cafeteria with a suitable aesthetic touch. The cafeteria has a modern kitchen with the latest appliances to provide for Indian and Continental cuisine, which includes snacks, fruit juice, tea, coffee, working meals, etc. The interior is tastefully crafted to provide the much needed relief and soothing environment.
Sports facilities :Indoor Sports facilities includes Table-Tennis, chess, carom board etc. Outdoor Sports Facilities. Includes athletics, hockey, football, volley ball, basket ball and badminton. A well equipped gym with modern machines is available in the Hostel compound.
Hostel :GNIT-MS equipped with wi-fi connected hostel facility for Boys and Girls separately, which provides a 2/3 seater room with attached bathroom and other ancillary facilities. Furnishing includes a Bed, Study Table, Chair, Mattress, Bed Sheets, Pillow, a bed sheet to cover oneself in summer, blanket in winter and a separate almirah for each student. The Management of the Inst. Is very particular that the rooms are kept clean, airy and well ventilated under hygienic surroundings. Mess facility is an integral part of the hostel, which provides homely and comfortable stay with a sense of camaraderie and fraternity amongst the students. Meal provided in the hostel mess are wholesome and nourishing. Mess caters to the tastes of the students of different regions and with varied culinary preferences.
Medical facilities :Medical (OPD) facility is available to all the students, staff and faculty within the campus. The Institute has a tie-up with a local hospital for both OPD and hospitalization facilities. It is a unique feature of the Inst. That all hostel boarders are covered under a medical insurance policy. Doctors visits the college every day in the morning and Ambulance is also kept for emergency.
Dr. Savita Mohan ( Director):A promising Management professional , Dr. Savita Mohan, Ph.D., MBA, MHRM has rich and rewarding experience of more than 15 years as a teacher, trainer, and academician in the field of Management Science. As a testimony to her abiding interest in research areas, she has 25 research papers published in Journals of prestigious institutions at National & International Level. A prolific writer on management subject, Dr. Savita Mohan has five books to her credit. Due to her academic excellence and fruitful contribution in the field of management education, she is a member of Governing Bodies of few reputed management institute and she has been responsible for curriculum development and coordination of educational activities to provide market viable professional in the field of management.
Ms. Snehlata Verma:The department is headed by Ms. Snehlata Verma, a Post Graduate in Management Studies with specialization in Finance & IT from Bhartiya Vidya Mandir College of Management & Technology,Gwalior.She is an M.Phil in Management from Global Open Nagaland University.She has more than 9 years of teaching experience. She is good planner of teaching schedule of the subjects that she teaches and also renders value added advice to the other faculty members of the college. A disciplinarian by nature,Ms. Snehlata
maintains a cordial but firm relationship with the staff and the students, a testimony to this statement is THE Best Teacher Award that she was conferred upon in the year 2006
Dr. Satish Kumar, working as an Assistant Professor in the area of Marketing and his area of interest includes Marketing Management, Retail Management and Operations Management. He is MBA, Ph.D. He has experience of more than 6 years and has worked with multinational corporate. He has participated in various national & international seminars, workshops etc. He is a member of a few professional bodies including the All India Management Association.
Dr. Avijit Dey:Dr. Dey is working as Asst. Professor and is Ph. D. in CRM and holding the Post Graduation in Management. He has 6 years of experience in education. He has published 4 research papers in various journals. His area of interest is in the field of General Management, Human Resource, Training & Development, CRM.
Mr. Alok Kumar Singh:Mr. Alok Kumar Singh is working as Asst. Professor with total of 5 years of experience in both corporate and academics. He is an MBA in Marketing & IT and B.Tech in Electrical Engineering. He has 7 international publication to his credit. His area of interest is Marketing, Computer Application, Supply Chain Management, Production & Operation Management.
Mrs.Preeti shrivastava, Assistant Professor, is pursuing Ph.D. and an M.B.A. & M. Phill. She has 4 years experience in Academics and Research And one year experience of Banking Industry. Her area of interest is Marketing, Consumer Behavior, General Management, Research Methodology. Ms. Richa Srivastava:- Mrs.Richa shrivastava is MCA. And working as Assistant Professor .She has 2.5 years experience. She handles computer application in Management, Management Information System and Electronic Commerce, DSS, ERP.
Mrs Deepika Varshney:She has a Masters in Business Administration with Marketing as an area of specialization . She carries with her an academic & Corporate experience of more than 9 years. She has been teaching various subjects related to Business Communication, Business Law, Marketing of Services, International Business etc. She presented papers in both National and International Conferences and has to her credit 7 papers published in National & International Journals of repute. She has attended few Seminars, Workshops, FDPs, on various contemporary issues.
Ms. Vibhuti Chugh:Vibhuti Chugh is having an experience of 4 years in imparting education and guiding the aspirant
professionals and to develop their keen insight in the field of Taxation and Finance. She is having Post Graduation in Commerce, Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration with specialization in Finance and Master of Philosophy in Management. Her Core teaching subjects are Direct and Indirect Taxes, Business Law, Corporate Law and Cost & Management Accounting. She has presented her papers in International and National Seminars and conferences at the Institutes of repute
Ms. Alka Rai:Alka rai is UGC NET-JRF qualified with experience of 2.5 years in teaching and working as Asst.
Professor.She is having Post Graduation in Master of business administration with specialization in HR and Finance .Her area of interest are Human Resource , Organization Behavior, Industrial Relation and labour enactment. She has participated in International and National Seminars and conferences at the Institutes of repute and her research papers are published in reputed national and international journal.
Mr. Utkarsh Shukla:Mr. Uttkarsh Shukla have 3 years of experience in teaching. He is faculty of International Business & Marketing at GNIT Management School; He is a Post Graduate in Management with specialization in finance & control. He has 4 research papers published in National and International Seminar and conferences to his credit.
Mr. Ayan Gowasmi:A competent professional with 8 years of experience covering corporate and academics. He is working as an Asst Prof with GNIT Management School since 2010. Prior to joining GNIT he has worked with institutes like Teerthankar Mahaveer University, AIMA- CME etc. His areas of interests are Organizational Behaviour, Human Resource Management, Principles and Practices of Management etc. He has done his MBA from Apejay Institute of Technology, Greater Noida in 2004. He also completed PDHRD from AIMA-CME with Gold Medal. He has attended various FDPs, national seminars, workshops etc.
Mr. Pankaj Kumar:He has more than 10 years of work experience covering corporate and academics. He has presented 03 research papers in National/ International Conferences. He is authoring a book on Marketing Management for Sun India Publication, New Delhi. He has attended several conferences, seminars and summits of national and international repute. He has organized National Conference on the topic Strategic Shift in globalized Economy 2011at Sriram Group of Institution
Ms. Pratima Sharma:Ms. Pratima is M. Phill in Stats, MBA in Marketing & HR and M.Sc. in Maths and working as Asst. Professor. She has 3 years of teaching experience and has excellent teaching skills. Her area of interest is Business Statistics, Operation Research, International Marketing.
