SPS Investment Services Limited/Wilby Securities

We recommend caution when dealing with SPS Investment Services Limited and/or Wilby Securities and their websites. FMA published a warning about Wilby Securities in 2023 and its website was taken down.  

However, we have received a report that SPS Investment Services is now contacting people who were previously involved with Wilby Securities. They are being told that SPS has now acquired Wilby Securities and all accounts have been transferred to SPS Investment Services.

FMA recommends caution when dealing with this website.

SPS Investment Services website claim it is licensed in Hong Kong. However, Hong Kong regulator – Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) has published a warning about SPS’s suspicious website.
