This research is a response to the regional regulations high intensity violations phenomenon in governing the green open space in Denpasar City. The emergence of this phenomenon as a consequence of a regional regulation core, which is policy taken by the government as a result of synergy, compromise or even competition -in this research called as conflict- between ideas, theories, ideologies and interests. These various interests are the research’s main focus to aim the conflict of interest better understanding in open planning green space of Denpasar City, as part of public policy oriented to the relationship of the planning and development systems of the city. Total Management System or Total Quality Management (TQM) is a management system that focuses on the Customer by involving all levels of employees in upgrading or continuous improvement. Total Quality Management used data and effective communication to integrate his discipline into the culture and quality of company activities. In short, Total Quality Management (TQM) is a management approach to achieve long-term success through customer satisfaction. This study had two objectives. The first objective was to examine challenges when implementing TQM in public organisations. The second objective was to argues that TQM brings good implications to public services to enhance service quality. 

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis tentang implementasi penerapan pro tokol kesehatan pencegahan Covid-19 di Restoran Naughty Nuri's dalam perspektif hukum perlindungan konsumen dan hambatan-hambatan yang ada dalam usaha penerapan protokol kesehatan tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum empiris, yaitu melihat h ukum dalam artian nyata menggunakan fakta-fakta empiris dengan meneliti bekerjanya hukum di masyarakat melalui wawancara dan obervasi langsung ke lapangan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah yuridis sosiologis yaitu mengrekognisi hukum sebagai institusi sosial yang nyata dan fungsional dalam sistem kehidupan di masyarakat. Bahan hukum lainnya yang dipakai untuk mendukung penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yaitu bahan hukum primer dan sekunder. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Naughty Nuri's telah melakukan protokol kesehatan pencegahan Covid-19 bagi pemilik dan karyawan restoran sesuai Kepmenkes No. HK.01.07/Menkes/382/2020 sebagai usaha pemenuhan hak konsumen dan kewajiban pemilik usaha yang terdapat pada UU No. 8 Tahun 1999. Namun, terdapat hambatan dal am penerapan protokol kesehatan tersebut yang terdiri dari dua faktor yaitu faktor internal dan eksternal. Faktor internal yaitu masih ada karyawan yang tidak melaporkan kondisi kesehatan pada pimpinan. Selanjutnya ada faktor eksternal yaitu masih adanya konsumen yang tidak menggunakan masker dan menolak cek suhu tubuh.

Rekristalisasi adalah teknik pemurnian suatu zat padan dan campuran atau pengotornyayang dilakukan dengan cara mengkristalkan kembali zat tersebut setelah dilarutkan dalam pelarut (sovlen) yang sesuai atau cocok. Ada beberapa syarat agar suatu pelarut dapatdigunakan dalam proses rekristalisasi, yaitu memberikan perbedaan daya larut yang cukup besar antara zat yang dimurnikan dengan zat pengotornya tidak meninggalkan zat pengotor  pada kristal dan mudah dipisahkan dari kristalnya.

Every one of us uses carbon dioxide emitting energy source in our daily activities. The purposes of this research were to obtain information on the level of household activities of carbon footprint and to obtain information on the most influential factor of household activities in Denpasar City. The research method employed was the descriptive quantitative. The analysis of the first purpose was obtained by the multiplication of emission factor and the use of LPG and electrical capacity. The analysis of the second purpose was obtained by implementing the analysis of doubled linier regression supported by employing SPSS version 16.00 program for Windows. The research result showed that the average of the total carbon footprint was as big as 138,037.02 g of carbon/month. Based on that average, the total of carbon footprint in Denpasar city with as many as 15,908 households was 2,195.89 ton CO 2 e/month. The statistic analysis test showed the factors that influenced the carbon footprint were the amount of household members, the amount of household equipments which needed LPG to operate, the amount of household equipments which needed electricity to operate and the duration of using electric equipments whose R 2 power was as big as 90%. The duration of using electric equipments had the highest correlation with the value of 62.70 %. It is suggested that households should use energy saving equipments such as LED products; the government should consistently promote carbon saving movements; and to future research to calculate carbon footprint by using DNPI carbon calculator, or by using software LEAP.

PT. Y is a company that produce various kinds of products which are made from natural ingredient or plants simplicia. One of it is product X which is often found defects on the packaging. The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors that caused defects on the product’s packaging and to propose improvement suggestions by using the six sigma method which consists of Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control (DMAIC) phases. The results of this research showed that the sigma level was 4.11. Through the making of Critical to Quality (CTQ), it has been discovered that there were 3 types of defect, namely a hole found in the plug (0.19%), a crack found in the plug (0.22%), and leaks found in between the plug and the body of the packaging (0.93%). The study is entitled Verbal and Non-Verbal Signs of “Moana” Movie Posters. This study focused on the analysis of verbal and non-verbal signs of “Moana” movie poster and the meaning of those signs. It was aimed at identifying the verbal and non-verbal signs found in “Moana” movie posters. It was also aimed at explaining the meaning of verbal and non-verbal signs in those movie posters. The data of this study were taken from the websites namely www.impawards.com. The data were collected using the documentation method. Then, the collected data were qualitatively and descriptively analyzed based on the theories applied in this study, namely the theories of semiotics proposed by Saussure, theory of verbal and non-verbal signs proposed  by Dyer, and supported with the theory of color terms proposed by Wierzbicka, and theory of color meaning proposed by Eisman. This study was intended to find out the extrinsic elements that were exposed in the novel entitled “The Hate U Give”, and to analyze how the story reflected the racism in America. The data of this study was taken from Angie Thomas’s debut novel entitled “The Hate U Give. The data used in this study was in the form of sentences and words taken from dialogues and narration of the novel. This study applied documentation method, and the data was analysed by applying two theories; the extrinsic approach that was proposed by Wellek and Warren and the sociological approach proposed by Laurensen and Swingewood. Furthermore, the analysis was presented using the informal method. The COVID-19 pandemic has plunged the tourism sector. Tourism industries have ceased operations in line with travel restrictions imposed by most countries. With various considerations, the tourism sector must be reopened. Kemenparekraf said ecotourism has the potential to survive in the post-COVID period. East Java with a variety of ecotourism destinations has the potential to become a leading destination. On the other hand, a pandemic caused changes in tourist behavior. This study analyzes a company’s financial condition on firm value. We also evaluated the difference in firm value between corporate sectors affected and unaffected by the COVID-19 pandemic. The regression analysis model used is the random effect model as well as the difference-in-difference technique. The study uses data from the company’s interim financial reports for the first and second quarters of 2018, 2019, and 2020. We found that firm size and leverage influence firm values. This applies to companies in the affected sectors, such as hotel, restaurant, and tourism sub-sectors, and unaffected sectors, such as health, pharmacy, and telecommunication sub-sectors. Sebelum tahun 1970, pengujian dari efisiensi pasar bentuk lemah difokuskan pada prediksi return atau harga sekuritas berdasarkan return atau harga masa lalu. Jika HPE (Hipotesis Pasar Efisien) benar, maka perubahan harga masa lalu tidak berhubungan dengan harga sekuritas sekarang, sehingga tidak dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi harga atau return dari sekuritas. Oleh karena itu, pengujian efisiensi pasar bentuk lemah melibatkan pertanyaan apakah informasi yang terkandung di harga-harga sekuritas masa lalu yang berurutan sudah secara penuh mencerminkan harga sekarang. Hipotesis untuk menguji bentuk lemah ini berhubungan dengan hipotesis langkah acak (random walk hypothesis). Jika harga-harga mengikuti pola langkah acak (random walk), maka perubahan harga dari waktu ke waktu sifatnya adalah random atau acak yang independen.

This research aims to find out responsibilities of businessmen on consumers due to illegal beauty clinical practices in Karawang. The method of this research is normativeempiric legal research with using statute, concept and sociological approach. The result of this research shows that the responsibility of business actors proven to result in losses to consumers can be subject to civil sanctions in the form of compensation, criminal sanctions in the form of imprisonment and fines, administrative sanctions in the form of verbal reprimand, writing and revocation of practice licenses in accordance with the provisions in the Health Law and Consumer Protection Law.

This paper discuss about EUR/USD forex forecasting using RBF-NN (Radial Basis Function-Neural Network) method without optimization and RBF-NN optimized by 3models of Genetic Algorithm (GA) and Adaptive Genetic Algorithm (AGA). Forecasting, which is done with the help of MATLAB program, uses 2 types of data (daily high and daily low) and 2 to 5 clusters model. The accuracy is shown as MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error) value. In daily low data, method with the best MAPE is GA type II (3 clusters) with MAPE value of 0.2286%, while in daily high data, method with the best MAPE is AGA type II (3 clusters) with MAPE value of 0.2190%. GA type II and AGA type II has certain technique which searches around RBF-NN's weight, and this technique proofed to be effective in EUR/USD case. Improvement in accuracy that GA type II and AGA type II gives to RBF-NN method may also be used in other currency as well. Intisari-Penelitian ini membahas tentang peramalan EUR/USD menggunakan metode RBF-NN (Radial Basis Function-Neural Network) tanpa optimasi dan RBF-NN yang dioptimasi dengan 3 model AG/AGA (Algoritma Genetika dan Algoritma Genetika Adaptif). Sistem RBF-NN dapat diterapkan pada data dengan karakteristik nonlinear dan fluktuatif seperti data EUR/USD. Permasalahan akurasi muncul jika terjadi solusi lokal dalam sistem RBF-NN dan metode AG/AGA dapat digunakan untuk mengatasi solusi lokal tersebut. Keakuratan dari peramalan ditunjukkan lewat nilai MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error). Pada data daily low, metode terbaik adalah Algoritma Genetika II dengan MAPE sebesar 0,2286%, sementara pada data daily high metode terbaik adalah Algoritma Genetika Adaptif II dengan MAPE sebesar 0,2190%. Metode AG II dan AGA II didukung teknik pencarian di dekat bobot RBF-NN yang terbukti efektif pada kasus mata uang EUR/USD. Perbaikan akurasi yang diberikan AG II dan AGA II terhadap metode RBF-NN dapat diterapkan pada peramalan mata uang lainnya. Abstrak Menikah pada umumnya dilakukan pada usia dewasa awal yaitu sekitar usia 18 sampai dengan 40 tahun, namun di sisi lain ditemukan fakta bahwa terdapat beberapa orang yang tetap berstatus lajang bahkan di usia dewasa madya. Menurut beberapa penelitian, melajang pada usia dewasa madya cenderung membuat perempuan dilekatkan dengan stereotip dari masyarakat atau yang disebut dengan istilsh singlism, dan tuntutan dari orangtua untuk segera menikah. Teknologi informasi merupakan hasil olah pikir manusia untuk mengembangkan tata cara atau sistem tertentu dan menggunakannya untuk menyelesaikan persoalan dalam hidupnya(Angga & Eko Budi, 2017), salah satu permasalahan yang muncul adalah permasalahan sampah, sampah yang ada dalam lingkungan memerlukan perhatian khusus oleh semua elemen masyarakat, sampah yang tidak dikelola dengan baik akan menimbulkan pencemaran lingkungan selain itu juga akan mengambil banyak ruangan yang sebenarnya dapat digunakan untuk keperluan lain.
Data riset oleh Bali partnership yang dikeluarkan pada tahun 2019 menunjukkan bahwa produksi sampah di Bali mencapai 4281 ton per hari, dimana 11 persen diantara jumlah tersebut mengalir ke laut. Dalam rangka mengurangi volume sampah yang ada, terdapat beberapa alternatif yang telah dilakukan, diantaranya adalah dengan penerapan bank sampah, Bank sampah merupakan tempat pemilahan serta pengumpulan sampah kering secara kolektif yang mendorong masyarakat untuk ikut berperan aktif di dalamnya, sistem ini melakukan penampungan, pemilahan serta penyaluran sampah daur ulang yang memiliki nilai ekonomi dalam pasar sehingga masyarakat mendapatkan keuntungan ekonomi dari menabung sampah (Utami, 2013),
masalah ini menjadi salah satu alasan mengapa sebuah sistem administrasi pengelolaan bank sampah sangatlah penting untuk dikembangkan serta di implementasikan ke dalam lingkungan masyarakat. Bank sampah merupakan konsep pengumpulan sampah kering terpilah yang alur manajemennya mirip seperti sistem perbankan, hanya saja bukan uang yang di tabung melainkan sampah, sebenarnya sudah banyak perusahaan maupun organisasi membuat konsep yang sama, tetapi perbedaanya adalah sistem tersebut tidak secara langsung di implementasikan ke dalam organisasi masyarakat, Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat langsung di implementasikan ke dalam lingkungan masyarakat terutama dalam organisasi masyarakat/desa adat yang ada di Bali, sehingga masyarakat tidak perlu jauh untuk mengantarkan sampah, hanya cukup untuk mendaftarkan diri dan pekerja bank sampah dalam tiap banjar dapat dengan mudah mengumpulkan sampah yang telah dipilah dan di bungkus oleh masyarakat sendiri di depan rumah/titik pengambilan sampah. Perlu diperhatikan juga bahwa Kesesuaian antara penggunaan sistem informasi dengan modul yang dibutuhkan dalam menyelesaikan suatu tugas, sesuai dengan model TTF, berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja end-user. The paper aims to examine how the growth impact of government spending in Indonesia, with a focus on several expenditure sectors, namely defense, education, health, agriculture, transport and communications, and manufacturing sectors. Based on the 17 sectors studied, only 6 sectors significantly influence economic growth, namely industrial sector, agriculture and irrigation sector, transportation and transportation sector, environment and spatial sector, political sector and mass media lighting, and security of order. Meanwhile, of the six sectors, only the security sector of order has a positive effect on economic growth, while the other five sectors negatively affect economic growth. This research was conducted to determine the influence of personality, motivation consisting of career and economic motivation, family support, accounting education and entrepreneurship education on the interest in entrepreneurship in regular accounting students majoring in the Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University. The population in this study were students majoring in regular accounting, class 2016. Methods of determining the sample using saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study amounted to 120 people. The data collection method is a survey method with a questionnaire. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the quality of web-based academic information system in FEB Unud and its impacts to users’ satisfaction. The users of this system are students, lectures, and academic staffs of FEB Unud. This study surveys the perception of students, lectures, and staffs and their satisfaction on the quality of the Academic Information System. The quality system includes three elements, namely the information quality, the system quality, and the service quality. The quality of this web-based academic information system is expected to affect the satisfaction of the users. For FEB Unud, the result of this study is expected to give the feedback for the faculty leaders in order to take further corrective measures. For other educational institutions, the study is expected to be a model of academic information system development.

Phycoerytrin is a red pigment found in red algae. Red algae Gracilaria sp. potential to be a source of natural dye because it contains phycoerythrin. Phycoerythrin is unstable to light, pH, and temperature. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of pH and temperature on the stability of the dye extract from the red algae Gracilaria sp. and determine the pH and temperature that best maintain the constancy of the red algae Gracilaria sp. extract during storage. The design in this study used a completely randomized design with two factors, namely pH and temperature. First factor was the pH treatment which consist of three levels namely pH 4, pH 7 and pH 10 and second factor was initial temperature consist of two levels, namely 4±2?C and 28±2?C. Perusahaan mempunyai peran yang sangatlah vital didalam menolong pegawai dalam membentuk komitmen organisasional. Sample dipakai sejumlah 45 orang menggunakan tehnik sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan dengan penyebaran kuisioner secara langsung pada pegawai PT. Pasific Express Garment Denpasar serta analisis memakai statistik dekriptif rata-rata hitung juga statistik deskriptif seperti uji asumsi klasik serta analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa variabel work-family conflict berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional karyawan PT. Keuntungan dari penggunaan Serverless adalah memberikan fungsi sebagai sebuah service atau biasa dikenal dengan function(s)-as-a-Service (FaaS) yang cukup untuk mengurangi biaya hosting, ketersediaan tinggi, toleransi kesalahan, dan elastisitas dinamis (Lloyd et al.). Sedangkan sebuah web server tradisional adalah terdiri dari operating system, processor, memori yang cukup, dan hardware yang cukup untuk menjalankan sebuah beberapa web pages (A. et al.) dimana hal ini memberikan biaya tidak sedikit juga dibanding dengan penggunaan Serverless.

Redesign Bogor District City Park with Urban Landscape Design Approach Urban landscape design is an approach on designing a city which gives positive impact on its civilians by providing a habitable environment. Urban landscape comes in many form, one of them is city park. City park one of the facilitation provided by the city where people can do several activities inside. A city park also serve as a landmark of the city. Bogor district has several parks with recreational function but not many city parks available that serves as a public space. One of them are a park located near the central government of Bogor district. The purpose of this study was to redesign a functional, aesthetic city park that could also be a landmark on the district. This study use spatial and descriptive analysis method.

Paliyan Wildlife Sanctuary is a forest area which posses several animal to protect and it’slocated in Gunungkidul Regency, Province of DIY. The diversity of frogs and toads in this wildlifesanctuary is not yet recorded and published. The aim of this research is to understand the diversity of frogsand toads in the area of Paliyan Wildlife Sanctuary. The results there were 9 species of frogs and toads, i.e.,Duttaphrynus melanostictus, Ingerophrynus biporcatus, Fejervarya limnocharis, Kaloula baleata,Occidozyga lima, Occidozyga sumatrana, Microhyla orientalis, Microhyla palmipes and Polypedatesleucomystax. This paper intends to explain the development of Coastal Video Monitoring System (CoViMoS) with the main characteristics including low-cost and easy implementation. CoViMoS characteristics have been realized using the device IP camera for video image acquisition, and development of software applications with the main features including detection of shoreline and it changes are automatically. This capability was based on segmentation and classification techniques based on data mining. Detection of shoreline is done by segmenting a video image of the beach, to get a cluster of objects, namely land, sea and sky, using Self Organizing Map (SOM) algorithms. This paper, as part of the study of Landscape Liguistics, aims to reveal how the multilingualism is represented in the public space in this area. In addition, to find out how the structure of writing and language patterns used in public spaces in the area. To collect the data, the method used in this research is the documentation method, then the data was analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. The results showed that there were 13 languages ??used in public spaces, especially on markers of existing tourism facilities. English is the most dominant language used, Latin writing is also used in almost all markers, and also the language pattern that uses 2 - 3 different languages ??has shown this area to be considered as an international region.

This undergraduate thesis discusses the usage of women’s language features in the television series Emily in Paris. The study analyzes the features of women’s language and its functions in the television series. This study uses observation method in collecting the data. The data were taken from Emily in Paris television series and the movie scripts. Descriptive qualitative method is used to analyze the data by applying women’s language features theory by Lakoff. Based on the analysis and data taken, there are 480 utterance of women’s language features found and ten features of women’s language used by the female characters in Emily in Paris. Lexical hedges or fillers is the most used feature and precise color terms is the least used feature.

Phycoerytrin is a red pigment found in red algae. Red algae Gracilaria sp. potential to be a source of natural dye because it contains phycoerythrin. Phycoerythrin is unstable to light, pH, and temperature. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of pH and temperature on the stability of the dye extract from the red algae Gracilaria sp. and determine the pH and temperature that best maintain the constancy of the red algae Gracilaria sp. extract during storage. The design in this study used a completely randomized design with two factors, namely pH and temperature. First factor was the pH treatment which consist of three levels namely pH 4, pH 7 and pH 10 and second factor was initial temperature consist of two levels, namely 4±2?C and 28±2?C. Since the limited information and the complex activities at Samuh Beach make research about associations of Echinodermata with seagrass, this research seems become important to be conducted. This study was aimed to determine the density of species, species composition, and distribution patterns of lamun and Echinodermata in the coastal waters of Samuh beach.
