This paper is presenting the financial performance management report for M1 Singapore from year 2016 to 2018. In this report, Singtel and Starhub were selected as closest competitor to conduct the analysis.
The agenda of the paper is calculating the financial ratios to evaluate the financial health of a company. Ration analysis including liquidity ratio, profitability ratio, leverage ratio, working capital ratio and valuation ratios. Second part of the report will develop a balance scorecard including the analysing the advantage, disadvantage, and limitation of the structure. Ultimately, this report will include the evaluation of Kaplan and Norton's Balance Scorecard based the strategic management system and application for M1 Singapore. Additionally, by applying the DuPont analysis to evaluate the organisation financial performance.

Pada karya ilmiah ini penulis akan mencoba membuat satu rancangan ICT master plan Indonesia , dimana menurut salah satu anggota BRTI , DR.Iwan Krisnadi , yang juga merupakan dosen penulis sewaktu di Univ Mercu Buana Indonesia belum mempunyai ICT Masterplan Indonesia adalah bagian dari ASEAN, dalam Negara ASEAN terdiri dari 10 negara , hampir seluruh Negara sudah mempunyai ICT masterplan, yaitu rencana pengembangan ICT yang bertahap untuk menghasilkan tujuan ICT yang dicita-citakan, Negara di ASEAN misalnya Singapore sudah mengaplikasikan ICT Masterplan sejak tahun 1997, demikian juga Malaysia, Thailand , Filipina, dll sudah mempunyai ICT masterplan, sehingga dengan adanya ICT Masterplan , diharapkan bisa menerapkan ICT dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan secara maksimal sehingga menghasilkan keuntungan bagi negara.

Oggigiòrno si sente spesso parlare di Machine Learning ed algoritmi in grado di portare valore aggiunto al business delle aziende. Un settore dove tali algoritmi stanno prendendo piede è quello delle telecomunicazioni ma spesso i provider non riescono ad intravedere del potenziale in tali algoritmi. Per far fronte a questa situazione, grazie alla possibilità avuta di lavorare a supporto del team tecnico-funzionale di Net Reply, è stato realizzato uno use case per il settore Telco utilizzando i dati di telefonia fissa di un Provider telco. Attraverso le fasi di Business Understanding e Data Understanding è stato possibile analizzare prima le richieste del cliente e successivamente, è stato possibile individuare la strategia ed i modelli da utilizzare per raggiungere i suoi obiettivi di business in base ai dati a disposizione. Grazie alle fasi di Modelling ed Evaluation è stato analizzato il modello da un punto di vista funzionale, è stato creato, sono stati stimati i parametri, è stato addestrato ed infine ne sono state valutate le performance. Al fine di aumentare tali performance, è stata applicata una strategia che potesse dimostrare che, all’aumentare dei dati a disposizione, è possible aumentare le performance e diminuire il margine di errore. In ultima fase è stata proposta l’implementazione ad alto livello di questi modelli utilizzando i prodotti in cloud di Azure. Seguendo il framework CRISP-DM è stato possibile portare valore aggiunto a Net Reply, al progetto del cliente e sono state presentate alle due società nuove tecnologie che prestodiventerano, se già non lo sono, "standard tecnologici".

Türkiye'de GSM hizmetleri her ne kadar çok uzun bir geçmişe dayanmasa da kendisine hızla yoğunlaşan bir talep ortamı bulmuş ve çok geçmeden önemli bir pazar haline gelmiştir. Bu operatörlerin hizmet kalitesinin karşılaştırılması ve uyguladıkları rekabet stratejilerinin incelenmesi bu çalışmanın amacını oluşturmaktadır.Bu amaç doğrultusunda Servqual ölçeği sektöre uyarlanarak Türkiye'de faaliyet gösteren GSM operatörlerinin sunmuş oldukları hizmet kaliteleri ölçülmeye, müşterilerin operatörlerinden bekledikleri hizmet kalitesi ile algıladıkları hizmet kalitesi arasındaki farklar ortaya konmaya, hizmet kalitesi boyutlarının önem dereceleri belirlenmeye ve her bir boyut için hizmet kalitesinin karşılaştırmalı olarak analizi yapılmaya çalışılmıştır.Bu analiz için Ankara ilinin Yenimahalle ve Çankaya ilçelerinde yaşayan ve tesadüfen seçilen 427 kişiye uygulanan anketler değerlendirilmeye alınmıştır. Araştırmadaki istatistiksel veriler %95 önem düzeyinde analiz edilmiştir. Anketin öncelikle güvenirlik analizi yapılmış daha sonra veriler frekans dağılımına, hipotez testine, t testine (paired sample) ve anova analizine tabi tutulmuştur.Ayrıca çalışmada Türkiye'de faaliyet gösteren GSM operatörlerinin uyguladıkları rekabet stratejileri ele alınarak incelenmişt i r .

Flying ad hoc swarms are networks formed by autonomously operated aerial nodes. These nodes can be simple high altitude platforms or specifically configured unmanned aircraft (UA). Such networks are autonomous, temporary and mission dependent. One of the major applications of this ad hoc swarm formations is the efficient search and tracking of an area without any redundancy and overlapping. Non-redundant cell tracking is a computationally expensive task, which requires optimisation strategies to be adopted during a search process. Incorporating fruit fly optimisation (FOA) algorithm to a strategic search and track operation simplifies the complexity of the overall system. In this paper, FOA is extended in terms of its applicability by modifying the procedures of the algorithm to allow its applicability to an aerial swarm for non-redundant search over a predefined area with lower complexity. Network simulations demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach towards search and track operations.

Cloud computing is the future generation of computing characterized with optimal computing entities while gaining the maximum benefit of scalability over desired software, hardware and network characteristics. Almost all countries are, at least, developing or researching their own e-Government strategies. But only few have been able to maximize the benefits from e-Governance while many others have failed the challenge of proper e-Government system.

In this paper, we analyze the availability of existing telco architecture and cloud computing resources as essential Information and Communications Technologies (ICT) resources for engineering the future of e-Governance system for the third world and emerging economies. We propose a cloud-computing system from development to the implementation of e-Government architecture with respect to economy and know-how of such countries.
