This study was done by documentation and focus group discussion with some financial accounting experts and public accountants.

The paper manuscript deals with the designing and implementation of Synchronized Robotic Arm, which is used to perform all the basic activities like picking up objects and placing them. In this paper, a robotic arm is designed, synchronized with the working arm and would perform the task as the working arm does. The work done by the robotic arm would be highly precise, as a digital servo motor is used. A servo motor of 230 oz-inch is used in the project, but motors with more capacity can also be used as according to the desired work. This robotic arm can also be used for precision works. For instance some work has to be done very precisely but the conditions do not suit human beings. In such conditions, this robotic arm can be used remotely and the task can be accomplished. The programming is done on ATMEGA-8 Microcontroller using Arduino programming. The potentiometers are also used to detect the angle of rotation and the signals are then sent to the microcontroller. In today's world, this Robotic arm has turned out very benevolent. Besides Robotics and Automation, these kinds of arms have applications in other fields also.

The Government of India launched the Jawaharlal Nehru National Solar Mission (" JNNSM " or, " National Solar Mission ") which inter alia targets 20 GW of grid connected solar capacity by year 2022.The main purpose of this paper to design high efficient PV integrated with grid. Efficiency of PV is improved by using MPPT technique. ANFIS based MPPT is the proposed method of this paper. This technique is compared with Conventional Incremental Conductance(IC) which is based on fast changing radiation. The ANFIS based MPPT scheme works fast and gives improved results under change of solar irradiation. The simulation study is done using MATLAB/SIMULINK software.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengestimasi dan menganalisis Value Added Intellectual Coefficient (VAIC) dalam pengukuran kinerja yang berbasis pada nilai atas perusahaan perbankan di Indonesia selama tiga tahun, 2004-2006. Data yang digunakan adalah laporan tahunan, khususnya laporan laba/rugi dan neraca, diperoleh baik melalui website resmi masing-masing bank maupun dari website BEI. Hasil kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada tahun 2004 dan 2006, secara umum kinerja perusahaan perbankan di Indonesia masuk dalam kategori good performers dengan skor VAIC 2.07. Sedangkan pada tahun 2005, kinerjanya turun menjadi common performers (dengan skor VAIC 1.95). Keterbatasan penelitian ini adalah data yang digunakan hanyalah perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di BEI (24 bank), sementara jumlah keseluruhan bank per Desember 2006 adalah 130. Dengan demikian hasil penelitian ini tidak dapat digunakan untuk mengeneralisir populasi. The 3842A(AM)/43A(AM)/44A(AM)/45A(AM) are fixed frequency current mode PWM controller. They are specially designed for OFF−Line and DC to DC converter applications with a minimal external components. Internally implemented circuits include a trimmed oscillator for precise duty cycle control, a temperature compensated reference, high gain error amplifier, current sensing comparator, and a high current totempole output ideally suited for driving a power MOSFET. The MIR wavelength regime promises better gas detection possibilities than the NIR or the visible region because of the higher absorbencies simulated by HITRAN. In the MIR region are many important absorption lines of significant gases, which are relevant in healthcare, production supervision, and safety and environmental monitoring. One of those gases is methane. CH4 shows significant variations in absorbance with a maximum at 3.3 μm, which results in low detection limits in the range of low ppm. Interband-cascade-and quantum-cascade-based lasers emit at higher wavelengths, where the absorbencies of methane are higher. The comparison is done by analyzing the performance of two spectroscopy applications: tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy and quartz-enhanced photoacoustic spectroscopy.

Automation plays a predominant role in the modern scientific world. Automatic phase changer finds application in small offices, residences where single phase equipment's are used during phase failure, this unit automatically take the available phase lines and distribute to the non-available phase lines. The circuit is built around a transformer, micro-controller, voltage divider, & relay. Three identical sets of the circuit, one for each of three phases are used .The power supply provided to the transformers is stepped down at the level of 12volt which is rectified by the diodes and filtered by a capacitor to produce the ripple free operating voltage. Depending upon the voltage at the output of IC the relay gets energized or de-energized and with this phase can be chooses. Using Automatic phase changer we can operate all our equipment when the voltage in any of the phase fluctuates from rated voltage.

Physicians' ability to make cost-effective decisions has been shown to be affected by their knowledge of health care costs. This study assessed whether Portuguese family physicians are aware of the costs of the most frequently prescribed diagnostic and laboratory tests. A cross-sectional study was conducted in a representative sample of Portuguese family physicians, using computer-assisted telephone interviews for data collection. A Likert scale was used to assess physician's level of agreement with four statements about health care costs. Family physicians were also asked to estimate the costs of diagnostic and laboratory tests. Each physician's cost estimate was compared with the true cost and the absolute error was calculated. One-quarter (24%; 95% confidence interval: 23%-25%) of all cost estimates were accurate to within 25% of the true cost, with 55% (95% IC: 53-56) overestimating and 21% (95% IC: 20-22) underestimating the true actual cost. We report high-and low-dispersion spectroscopy, optical imaging, and high-resolution Very Large Array-A 3.6 cm continuum observations of the peculiar planetary nebula IC 2149. These observations show that '' bipolar '' is a suitable morphological classification for IC 2149. Most nebular material is concentrated in a knotty, bright ring seen edge-on, embedded in an apparently oblate ellipsoidal shell from which remnant or incipient bipolar lobes emerge. We confirm the previously reported depletion in heavy elements and deduce a very low ejected nebular mass d0.03 M . All this information indicates that the formation of IC 2149 is the result of the evolution of a low-mass central star.

An effective novel approach for built in self test is proposed in this paper, which is useful in Mixed signal IC testing (here CP-PLL). The approach is useful in digital testing applications which can detect the fault in any of the block that is phase frequency detector, VCO, loop filter, or charge pump. The key advantage of this approach is that it uses all the existing elements for measuring and testing which reduces the area overhead for testing scheme. Restated, that the proposed architecture does not alter the analog blocks. Rather the proposed approach adds small circuits to PLL with slight modification for digital part. The testoutput generated is purely a digital output which certainly increases the realiability of the proposed BIST structure. A fault simulation result shows the charactericstics of the BIST structure that is high fault coverage of 98%. The implemtation is done using the Tanner, VHDL and waveforms are made using the T-Spice.

Introduction: The superoxide radical (O 2-), hydroxyl radical (OH) are generated in physiochemical pathways. All biological systems have innate antioxidant defence mechanisms but these mechanisms can be inefficient due to poor diet intake, pollution, stress and chemicals etc. Therefore, it is imperative to consume antioxidants to shield cells from destruction by free radicals. Shilajatu is such a drugs of prime importance that has been advocated in the management of various ailments ranging from Diabetes to Immunomodulation and Antioxidant. Materials and Methods: The antioxidant potential of Shuddha Shilajatu along with impact of geography and processing media on it, was determined by using DPPH i.e. 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl Free Radical Scavenging Assay. Test was performed at the wavelength of 517 nm using 1 cm optical path cuvette at room temperature. The ultraviolet spectrum of Shuddha Shilajatu and Ascorbic acid was performed by UV-Vis spectrophotometer at different concentrations. The experiment was carried out in triplicate. The result was compared with ascorbic acid as it was taken as standard control under the same conditions. The sample concentration at which initial absorbance of DPPH solution get lowered by 50% has been considered as the endpoint for evaluating the antioxidant potential. Results: It has been found that Shilajatu samples processed in Triphala kwatha have shown better antioxidant profile than water processed samples. Moreover, sample procured from Amritsar showed much better antioxidant activity in comparison to Shilajatu sample procured from Nepal. Conclusion: Processing media and geography significantly modulate the effect and activities of Shilajatu.

The LMD18245 full-bridge power amplifier incorporates all the circuit blocks required to drive and control current in a brushed type DC motor or one phase of a bipolar stepper motor. The multi-technology process used to build the device combines bipolar and CMOS control and protection circuitry with DMOS power switches on the same monolithic structure. The LMD18245 controls the motor current via a fixed off-time chopper technique.

Background: The poor response to chemotherapy and the brief response to vemurafenib in metastatic melanoma patients, make the identification of new therapeutic approaches an urgent need. Interestingly the increased expression and activity of the Aurora kinase B during melanoma progression suggests it as a promising therapeutic target. Methods: The efficacy of the Aurora B kinase inhibitor barasertib-HQPA was evaluated in BRAF mutated cells, sensitive and made resistant to vemurafenib after chronic exposure to the drug, and in BRAF wild type cells. The drug effectiveness has been evaluated as cell growth inhibition, cell cycle progression and cell migration. In addition, cellular effectors of drug resistance and response were investigated. Results: The characterization of the effectors responsible for the resistance to vemurafenib evidenced the increased expression of MITF or the activation of Erk1/2 and p-38 kinases in the newly established cell lines with a phenotype resistant to vemurafenib. The sensitivity of cells to barasertib-HQPA was irrespective of BRAF mutational status. Barasertib-HQPA induced the mitotic catastrophe, ultimately causing apoptosis and necrosis of cells, inhibited cell migration and strongly affected the glycolytic metabolism of cells inducing the release of lactate. In association i) with vemurafenib the gain in effectiveness was found only in BRAF(V600K) cells while ii) with nab-paclitaxel, the combination was more effective than each drug alone in all cells. Conclusions: These findings suggest barasertib as a new therapeutic agent and as enhancer of chemotherapy in metastatic melanoma treatment.

Il est nécessaire de les compléter par une méthode de structuration des échanges afin d'améliorer la qualité du dialogue et de fournir une base permettant de classer la conversation de façon autre que chronologique. Notre objectif est de construire un collecticiel (MEMO-Net) enrichi par une telle méthode. Cette méthode est basée sur le modèle DIPA, qui utilise et simplifie les concepts des méthodes de résolution de problème et fait suite à une critique des formalismes existants de Design Rationale qui avait donné lieu à l'élaboration du formalisme ABRICo.
