Le présent ouvrage analyse les productions culturelles comme le produit de "communications" et de "traductions" entre les peuples, rendues possibles grâce à des "acteurs nomades", des "passeurs interculturels", qui transitent d’un lieu ou d’un univers linguistique à l’autre. Il ne suffit pas de créer un droit communautaire, ni de remettre en question la construction imaginaire de nations homogènes, ni d’exiger le respect des cultures singulières. Il est également nécessaire d’analyser chaque bien culturel en tant que produit d’un transfert interculturel issu d’échanges continus et renouvelés avec d’autres cultures.
L’étude porte, dans un premier temps, sur l’intense transfert culturel, littéraire et philosophique qui se déploie entre les aires francophones et germanophones pendant trois périodes distinctes : d’abord, au début des temps modernes, avant la formation des nationalismes (J. Meyer) ; ensuite, à l’époque de la virulente montée des nationalismes, entre 1820 et 1850 (Ch. Lombez) ; et enfin, à l’époque des extrêmes nationalistes, dans les années 1930 (A. Olivier). Dans un second temps, sont interrogés les transferts culturels liés aux déplacements humains en Europe et dans le monde. Ce questionnement permet d’établir des principes et des propositions politiques concrètes, leviers d’une construction européenne guidée par les échanges, la cohabitation et le plurilinguisme. Cette proposition sollicite la faculté de s’approprier ce qui nous est étranger et, réciproquement, de prendre de la distance vis-à-vis de ce qui nous est propre (S. Neef) ; la conception d’une identité en perpétuelle mutation sous l’impulsion du contact avec l’étranger (R. Agid, G. Kostyrka, G. Leconte) ; la conception d’une géographie centrée sur la notion d’"habitation" qui permet de penser le rapport à autrui comme une cohabitation (O. Lazzarotti) ; et un changement de mentalité, dont la conséquence pourrait être un changement politique, visant à promouvoir le multilinguisme européen (F. Nies).

This article addresses the “advent” of the “Coming One” with the language of the “Singularity” . The concept of the Singularity is related to a more profound “idea”—the idea of existential cosmic “sentience” at infinite scales of electromagnetic (EM) “resonance” which flicker throughout the projections of the media-sphere. When the flickers become “coherent” relative to media content , the “visage” of the Coming “One” will manifest. One name for this “oneness” is the “Singularity”. An alternative view of oneness changes the entire concept of mechanical “singularity” by changing the descriptor to “coherency”—Coherent Heart Entrainment (CHE). Coherence is a dynamic synonymous with “harmony” and CHE is a way of understanding the more comprehensive meaning of “Singularity” by extending it to a cosmic reality characterized by “electromagnetic (EM) sentience”. Coherence is the dynamic of “harmony”, and the dynamic of harmony can be decoded using the term “fractal functionality”. In other words, fractal (sentient) functionality can be correlated at different scales of EM sentience and, thereby, extended to research on the “conscious” universe (Radin, 1998). In turn, such research would illuminate the dynamics of the media-sphere in order to “heal” it with harmonious cosmic-functional algorithms. Our alternative assumption is that the primary source of consciousness is the “Heart”—a harmonious combination of humanly “embodied” heart-mind transducers—and that “coherence-compensation” is the measurable dynamic for implementation and maintenance of an authentic multi-functional collectively “embodied” media-sphere. The alternative calls for a comprehensive study by a global “task force” created to address the GLOBAL MEDIA MANDATE as a SCIENTIFIC REALITY that prioritizes PARANORMAL INFLUENCE (both positive and negative) on GLOBAL CULTURE. The multi-functional coherent Singularity is the “modern” key for understanding the “Messianic” evolutionary process. The coming “Messiah” will be seen in “the clouds” of a coherent (harmonious) media-sphere that is a qualitative Jungian “projection” (Archetypal Representation) of collective human “Intention”. In other words, the advent of the “Coming One” depends upon human intention.

This book addresses the “Singularity” (a hypothetical point in time at which technological growth becomes uncontrollable and irreversible, resulting in unforeseeable changes to human civilization) from the “preternatural” viewpoint of the coherent heart-mind. The technological Singularity is being contemplated as a probable future based on the assumption that the “brain” is the only source of “consciousness” and that its progeny is a technology ruled by mathematical algorithms. Our hypothesis is different. It is focused on the “Heart” as the primary source of “invisible” consciousness which is coordinated with a harmonious combination of heart-mind transducers. The synergy of “embodied” transducers can be measured as “coherence” according to the signature called heart-rate variability (HRV) and—being measurable—coherence becomes an authentic measure of the degree of “entrainment” experienced as human “agency”. The capacity to measure coherent entrainment relative to the qualitative range of human agency could result in the establishment of an authentic dynamic of “heart-mind” singularity in the Media-sphere. Moreover, this mediated coherent singularity could be designed as a template for a global culture of conscience.

The objective of this book, then, is to establish an alternative template based on electromagnetic (EM) Quantum Field Theory (QFT) and the morality of “coherent states of being”. Eventually, the alternative will require a comprehensive study by a global “task force” created to address the GLOBAL MEDIA MANDATE as a SCIENTIFIC REALITY that has PARANORMAL INFLUENCE (both positive and negative) on GLOBAL CULTURE. In other words, current events that include global sedition, control of paranormal dimensions of the Media-sphere by fascist-authoritarian powers, issues of planetary ecological survival, and questions of holographic morality in a global media-sphere have become the Media Mandate (MM). The scope of the mandate is defined by the EM parameters of an infinite “dreamlike” illusion structured according to paranormal dynamics which have only recently become sufficiently accepted by mainstream science. The mediated Jungian “Dreamscape” exists as a “universal conscious (sentient) singularity (universality)” which exists as a holographic “unity in diversity”. Unity in diversity goes by a variety of names, but our approach is to base the argument on research evidence that verifies the fractal universal holographic quantum field (QF) as a direct analog to the mediated “Dreamscape”.

In the beginning was the myth. God, in his search for self-expression, invested the souls of Hindus, Greeks, and Germans with poetic shapes, and continues to invest each child's soul with poetry every day.

Painter of international renown, Jean Olivier Hucleux (1923 - 2012) was one of the pioneers of the hyperrealist movement which grew in Europe and in the United States from 1969: at that time, Hucleux already painted scrap yards with a stunning precision. Those were later labelled as hyperrealistic. From 1974, Hucleux started to paint a major series of life-size portraits of anonyms, writers and artists including the portraits of: Camille and her father, the twins, Samuel Beckett, Antonin Artaud, Jean-Pierre Raynaud, Jean Le Gac, Roman Opalka, Erik Dietman, César, Arman, Warhol, Giacometti, Duchamp...

In parallel, since 1980 Hucleux has been producing "deprogramming" drawings that he creates intuitively, without any plan, trying to get to a forgotten memory, hidden in the brain of all men. In 1990, he began the Squares series, drawn with Indian ink on the back of a square canvas of 2 X 2 meters.

From 2005 to 2009, Virgile Novarina regularly visited him, camera in hand, in his house filled with singular works and objects. The film included in this book is the first documentary entirely dedicated to this unique artist. There, Hucleux spontaneously shares his passion for painting, his encounter with Vlaminck, the choice of his artist name, his dyslexia and his extraordinary gift. He invites us to a journey through more than 60 years of creation, from his early childhood drawings to his last work in progress.

After studying Mathematics and Physics, Virgile Novarina (born in 1976) devoted himself to the artistic exploration of his own sleep through writings and drawings, and the sleep of others through photographs and videos. He has published six books of "Ecrits et dessins de nuit" (Night’s Writings and Drawings) and has exhibited his work in France, Germany, Portugal and the United States. Since 2006 the very act of sleeping has become an integral part of his work, through the “En Somme” (French language pun, meaning "all in all" or "sleep in progress") series of performances, during which he sleeps publicly in shop windows, galleries or museums.

In 2002 Virgile Novarina befriended Jean-Olivier Hucleux, whom he regularly filmed from 2005 to 2009. "Jean Olivier Hucleux, du travail à l'oeuvre" (from the work to the artwork) is his first documentary. Previously he made "Autour du sommeil" (Around sleep 2004, 12 min.), a short film unfolding on the course of one day whose only characters are sleepers and yawners.
