With development of internet technology, mobile-learning models began to be developed. M-learning is a conventional form of learning as outlined in digital format through internet technology. This system can be used in distance learning or conventional learning. Therefore developing this model does not merely present subject matter to the internet but needs to be considered logically and holds the principles of learning. Likewise, the development design that is simple, personal, and fast, and the element of entertainment will make students feel convenience studying in front of the internet as if they were learning in class.
Contemporaneity of Language and Literature in the Robotized Millennium, 2022
Technology today is reversing old learning techniques, revealing many new dimensions of learning for students. There are smart devices and mobile phones occupied entire Entertainment and Communication Lives up to the way we learn first. Education in Mobile learning transforms for digital natives learning. Today 86 percent that college students have a smart device, nearly half of them and the use of mobile devices for daily college tasks a study shows, which is not significant. Moreover, of com's report Smart phones and Mobile devices including tablets to access the Internet now the most favorite gadgets are, Accounting for 50% of the global browsing process. These figures justify the beginning of an interesting trend right now-education mobile learning. M-learning or providing educational content, especially Smart phones and Such as tablets using mobile technology, fast in the field of education is becoming popular. In fact, it has been the subject of much debate in recent times the higher education community. Universities and Colleges around the world are exploring ways to use mobile learning to enhance student engagement. Here are the top 9 reasons for the growth of e-learning in education. Mobile learning, on the other hand, offers highly interactive forms and designed content tailored to individual learning styles. It increases the level of learning engagement to help students better Understand. M-Learning, Videos, Info graphics and Like audio from various instructional media Allows students to choose. helping them to easily learn a given lesson, improve engagement and thus retain it.

With the change of time and technology in 21st century, the teaching and learning processes are also changed. New portable and electronic devices take place of old text books. In this paper we introduced an emerging paradigm "Mobile Learning" also called "M-Learning" that has yet to be clearly defined. Mobile learning is relatively new, so we are only beginning to see the potential of mobile devices in training and performance support. We start with the introduction of different learning techniques and equipment's then introduced Mobile learning their advantages, disadvantages and in the last, we talk about the impact of Mobile learning on college students. For our research we take data of 500 hundred students from different colleges of urban as well as rural areas.
AKSIOMA: Jurnal Program Studi Pendidikan Matematika
This study aimed to develop a mobile learning application as a learning exercise for students in Mathematics learning. The research method used was the Research and Development (R&D) with a Four-D (4D) development model. This study utilized a questionnaire to analyze students’ needs for mobile learning applications in Mathematics learning, which was filled out by 101 students. The analysis was performed using the Rasch Model. The results of the analysis show that students need applications to help the learning process such as collecting assignments that can be done anywhere and at any time as well as features equipped with mathematical symbols to smooth the discussion with teachers and classmates. Therefore, the design of the mobile learning application developed has a database that is divided into 2 local hosts, including those for teachers and students. The database can connect teachers and students, and students can complete assignments anytime and anywhere, and write mathematica...
In the interest of the advancement of mobile technology and their increasing affordability and wide capability, mobile devices particularly Android platforms have transformed from a means of communication to tools for socialization, entertainment, and learning. It has greatly changed the functioning of the world, even the learning process. Learning through mobile phones or Mobile Learning has become part of the educative process. Mobile Learning or M-Learning is a type of e-learning that delivers educational contents and learning support materials through wireless communication devices.

At each step, the Internet and information technologies are changing many aspects of life. We live; we buy, work, manage and communicate new ways that technology has enabled. Information and communication technology are pervasive the technology of today. It finds application in every branch of industry, and in all areas of education and the basis for the successful operation of all social and state structures. Information and communication technology (ICT) provides a good foundation for creative and effective use of knowledge. Using mobile technology in education changes the basic view of learning when, where and how to learn. M-learning is a unique type of learning because students can access the lessons anytime, anywhere. Mobile learning is learning supported by mobile devices. It represents a new form of education. The notion of mobile learning covers a wide range of devices used for learning at any place at any time. These include various wired and wireless devices (mobile phones, PDA, iPod, Sony PSP, notebook devices ...). M-learning offers the possibility of using mobile devices combines many benefits of e-learning in a single portable package that can be used at any time and anywhere using mobile devices. Mobile devices are emerging as one of the most promising technologies to support learning as they offer new opportunities that do not offer static devices.
This paper presents the design and development of Mobile Learning Application on Android Platform using Java Programming Language to help students in computer courses at the Department of Computer Engineering. Our approach is to incorporate multimedia animations concept with command language to create the pervasive learning environment in presenting the mobile learning application. With this mobile learning application, student could learn at his or her own pace, anywhere and anytime. This mobile learning application intends to complement the current traditional classroom and e-learning systems.

On average, students of the Yogyakarta Nahdlatul Ulama University (UNU Yogyakarta) have difficulty accessing course materials and self-assessments from e-learning platforms without the internet. The author uses a qualitative method by using observation to get direct information about access to course material from the e-learning platform. The mobile learning (m-learning) application prototype was developed through the android platform using the Java programming language. As a result, the use of m-learning can be one of the best modules of mixed learning techniques. The author recommends that UNU Yogyakarta integrate it with their e-learning platform. This m-learning application intends to complement the e-learning system and make students whenever and wherever they want to gain knowledge without the internet via an android phone. Future researchers can connect the m-learning application and other aspects of the e-learning platform
Computers are still lab and class oriented but now as tablets and mobiles have an advanced technology, which is advancing day by day. Computers can be used for learning beyond classroom through mobile devices which leads to a more practical and logical learning. This is based on group learning which takes place through a mobile device. Most of the mobiles are based on android technology and support collaborative learning. Collaborative learning using mobile devices can make users to learn the particular subject or language through their mobile phones they can take test and result will be displayed after the test held, the notes and the details of the user will be stored in the database where space will be taken in the cloud which is used to store the data, it focus on collaborative learning and peer-review learning both are related concepts where they can share education resources and information and feedback can be taken by the students and result will be displayed . Client server system is used to provide for all these feature.

The article provides an analysis of Umberto Eco's concept of semiotic threshold and a commentary to Eco's statement, " there is non-semiotic territory since there are phenomena that cannot be taken as sign-functions" (A Theory of Semiotics, 1976: 6). The concepts of lower semiotic threshold zone, upper semiotic threshold, and epistemological threshold are analysed.
