Grateful for....

Hello Dear Stamper Friends:

I thank you foremost for all the wonderful comments on my last card welcoming Pope Francis ...
most of you liked specially the Tulle cross...

Well today, as Pope Francis leaves the USA...
I want to say with this card, that I am GRATEFUL for HIS presence in this world...

GRATEFUL for transmitting to us so much peace, giving us so much happiness through his example, teaching us to be more caring, tolerant and respectful of others....

I pray for him as he always ask us to do and I thank God for putting HIM in such an special place of leadership!

As for my card, it is a perfect Grateful/Fall card made with "Petaloo" flowers and "Authentique" papers...

I placed underneath some dies, added  the burlap flower with the pearls and finalize the card with some "Autentique" stickers....

I hope you like this card and maybe get some ideas on how to use your "Petaloo" flowers for this coming fall and be grateful for what you have and demonstrate it to someone special this coming Thanksgiving ...

Warm hugs to all of you on this Sunday...
See you next time for another craft project!

A Medallion card with a border die

Hello My friends:

For this card I used a border die from Memory Box, The "Pennington Rose border die"...
This card was posted at the Spanish Blog: "A crear se dijo!"

medallion card

Die cut the border 4 times and glue them next to each other to make this medallion...
Gold emboss the sentiment on vellum paper.

This card could be used , changing the colors for a 1st communion, a religious one or even for a sympathy card.

SO I invite you to see at your dies "outside the box"
and try to find new uses...Stretch your dies!
