3 ATIVIDADES PROPOSTAS
O estgio curricular composto por um total de 300 horas, das quais 100
so destinadas elaborao do relatrio de estgio curricular e 200 so reservadas
s atividades planejadas.
As atividades propostas inicialmente foram descritas no Plano Individual de
Estgio Curricular, elaboradas pela estagiria Carla Viganigo Rangel de Castilhos e
sua orientadora Jaqueline Insaurriaga Silveira (CRB 10/1392), com base nas
instrues fornecidas pela COMGRAD-BIB e posteriormente aprovado pela
professora supervisora do estgio Samile Andra de Souza Vanz (CRB 10/1398).
De acordo com determinao da COMGRAD-BIB, o Plano Individual de
Estgio Curricular foi dividido em trs mdulos pr-estabelecidos, que deveriam
apresentar carga horria equilibrada entre as diferentes reas que compe as
atividades bibliotecrias.
O mdulo I Organizao e Tratamento da Informao, abrange as
atividades relacionadas ao processamento tcnico. Foram planejadas as seguintes
atividades: conhecimento de manuais, procedimentos e ferramentas utilizados pela
instituio; anlise de monografias e peridicos (para verificar se h produo
intelectual dos docentes da Unidade); catalogao, indexao e classificao de
monografias e peridicos; preparo de material para emprstimo; e leitura de estante,
em um subtotal de 70 horas.
O mdulo II Atendimento ao Usurio da Informao, contm as atividades
que envolvem o contato e atendimento ao usurio. As seguintes atividades foram
planejadas para esse mdulo: elaborar apresentao e divulgao da biblioteca e
seus servios para a ps-graduao; desenvolver e apresentar o Projeto Referncia
Online; realizar piloto de servio de Referncia Online; servio de referncia
presencial e circulao, em um subtotal de 60 horas.
O mdulo III Gesto de Sistemas de Informao, envolve as atividades de
gerenciamento da biblioteca. Para esse mdulo, as atividades planejadas foram as
seguintes: obter conhecimentos gerais sobre a biblioteca; verificar a existncia e/ou
analisar o planejamento estratgico, manuais e fluxogramas; realizar estudo dos
usurios ingressantes na ps-graduao; propor aprimoramento do planejamento ou
plano, com base no estudo de usurios; auxiliar no desenvolvimento de colees
monografias; auxiliar no desenvolvimento de colees peridicos; propor o uso de
ferramentas web 2.0 para marketing, em um subtotal de 70 horas.
A soma das cargas horrias dos trs mdulos totaliza o nmero de horas
necessrias para a realizao de atividades do estgio obrigatrio (200 horas),
mantendo o equilbrio solicitado entre os mdulos.

nmero de horas dedicadas a cada uma:
