i thought maybe some card making would take my mind off my fathers health at the moment.it did a little, to make this birthday card for a friend.

well the sun is out today...beautiful!!..and no petrol at the pumps???? what is wrong with people???(they just go mad!!! even the lady in the kiosk just shook her head in disbelief) ...which means i cannot visit my parents today (must keep what little petrol i have for if i am needed in an emergency)..

well the weekend is nearly here ~once the boys have been picked up from school ~ wonder if anyone remembers it is mothersday on sunday??? mmmmm i`ll wait and see!! have a wonderful weekend what ever you are doing!

today i am showing a card i made for my aunt who has just had a birthday ~i have used the great sketch on FRIDAY SKETCHERS#112.
for this card i used an anitas stamp, paper makeup word stamp (both stamped with a big and juicy ink), quickutz photo corners and some card candy. finished with glitter.
