winter days

It was my birthday last week, so there was lots of cake and coffee in the house. Nice to spend time with my girlfriends. I also got some lovely gifts.

Mister Kay got me the new Agnes Obel on vinyl. I got some tickets to see her in concert in May.

Design Icons Amsterdam

Last week at Design Icons we where in vintage heaven. There where some wonderful vintage pieces on show. The beautiful red Wishbone chair by Hans Wegner was my favourite.

We visited ShowUp this week. Lots to see and friendly faces everywhere. Also lots of great new products, so I hope we can find them in the shops soon.

I really liked:

• Keecie bags (they make great gifts)
• Leaf-if (I really want one for my living room)
• The beach people (they got great towels)
• Artek (Mister Kay is a big fan)

Got lots of mugs but there is still space for one from helen b.

pretty Amsterdam

Hi, we had a lovely long walk in town again. Always amazed how some women look so pretty in their winter clothes. I always wear lots of clothes layers and look more like an cute Eskimo than an elegant city woman, lol.
