Hastings

We always enjoy a little trip to Hastings, beautiful seaside town full of interesting little shops and a great beach. Also there are some really good cafes where you can get good food and coffee.

Janet's seaside garden

My friend Janet's seaside garden is getting better and better every year. It's such an amazing place, so calm and beautiful. Always gives me lots of ideas for my garden.

Janet and Philip just started a bed and breakfast so if you feel like a night at the seaside, perfect place to be.

vintage at the seaside

Every year I try to visit the Walmer Brocante in Deal, Kent . I always find some nice vintage there and I just love the location at the seaside.

And afterwards we always go for a nice vegetarian breakfast.

At the seaside

We had a little break at the seaside. The weather was amazing, so we spent most of our days drinking coffee at the beach and collecting stones for our garden.

I must say I really missed my record player (yes we did go vintage and vinyl hunting) and also my
multi bullet. When we go on holidays in July I will take them with me, makes life easy.
