TK Distance Learning Packet: SPRING - Spring Theme - Week 3

Another week, another packet! My  Spring Week 3 Distance Learning packet for TK   is done and ready for you! In this file, you will find all of the work for one week of school for TK, with some worksheets that will work for Kindergarten, for both Math and Language Arts subjects. We've included a variety of worksheets and activities, so feel free to use any or all of it with your students! A Fun PacMan Back to School Door or Bulletin Board! FREEBIE!

Here's a fun idea for a back to school door decoration or bulletin board with a PacMan video game theme, complete with all of the free downloads you need to make it happen. My first and second graders really ate this up, so if this sounds like fun to you, read on and I'll tell you how I did it! These are the photos that caught my eye on Pinterest , and inspired my project, although there were several other PacMan bulletin boards and doors to choose from!  I really liked that door and wanted to try to make one! The first thing I did was measure my door, being careful to exclude the part where the handle would be.  I sure didn't want to have our door decoration messed up just from people going in and out, so I didn't even try to go around the handle; I just measured the space up to the handle and stopped where the door stopper would touch the paper. A Gingerbread House Card, A Paper Plate Angel, and The Gingerbread Man Play!

Have you ever wondered how to put on a class play during the holiday season that would be easy for you, have a good part for every child in the class , and that parents, administrators, and children would LOVE?  Well this is it:   The Gingerbread Man is the perfect play for the early childhood classroom in public schools, especially if you need to avoid topics related to specific religious holidays ( such as Christmas- sniff! ) and go with a more general holiday theme (if you know what I mean!)   This post also has a free download for a cute little Gingerbread House card download, and also a downloadable project to make an angel out of a paper plate.  Enjoy!
