Visible image DT card - Chandelier set

Today I am showing you a sample I made for Visible Image Stamps Create and Craft show using the Chandelier set.
Visible Image Blog Badge, Blinkie

Using distress inks I randomly stamped the sentiment across white cardstock.  I stamped the chandelier in the same distress ink and heat embossed it.  Having matted it all onto black cardstock I added some black and yellow pearls.

Visible Image DT sample - ink splats

Today I am showing you a Create and Craft sample I made using the Ink Splats set  from Visible Image Stamps.

Visible Image Blog Badge, Blinkie

These ink splats are really versatile - great for creating backgrounds, but also for creating CAS cards.  I simply stamped the 4 different splats out using distress inks and matted the card onto black cardstock.  Really simple, but very striking.

Visible Image Christmas Collage

I thought I had  better make a start on my Christmas cards - and as I have to make quite a few I wanted a simple design.   I stamped the Christmas Collage from Visible  Image onto white cardstock.  The tree is recessed, so I used my quickie glue pen and glamour dust to create the frosty look.  I also glamour dusted the snowflake.  I simply added gingham ribbon and a die cut snowflake with a bit of bling on it.

Helen and Mark from Visible Image are on a long deserved holiday after a hectic two months of creating stamps for Create and Craft - you can still order your stamps -they just won't get process until the week beginning 5th August.

Rockpooling

I simply adore the Hamish and Maggie stamps from Sugar Nellie, sadly most of them are no longer available.  How cute do these two look, searching through the rockpools - that will be us in 4 weeks time :).  I stamped the image directly onto the card blank and then colourd it using my pens.  I created a stippled background, stamped the sentiment and added some twine and a button - very clean and simple.

Visible image DT post - Create and Craft Edward is Immortal samples

Today I am showing you samples I made for  Visible Image Stamps show on Create and Craft last Sunday.  I am showing you samples from the awesome Edward is immortal set.

Visible Image Blog Badge, Blinkie

Visible Image stamps character stamp bats branch twilight

I made a shadow box using SU cardstock and stamped the tree/branch  and bat group in black versafine on the bottom of the box.  I stamped them several times before re-inking it to get the shadowy effect.  I popped Edward onto 3d foam pads, having colouired him in using my copics and cut him out.  I stamped parts of the tree/branch nto acetate, as well as the large bat and then placed the acetate over the box. Finally I stamped the sentiment and added diecut fancy corners.

The next two cards use the same masking effect that I used on Monday's post with Isabella.  Having coloured Edward in I masked him and added a circle mask, before creating the background using distress inks.  I stamped the tree, again repeat stamping before re-inking in order to create the effect of trees in the distance.  I stamped the bats using the same process.  I stamped the sentiment directly onto the dp in fired brick distress ink and heat embossed it.

And my final sample.  Having masked him off and created the background I stamped the trees using versamark ink and heat embossed them in weathered wood embossing powder.  I added some trees stamped in Brilliance starlight and then stamped and over stamped the bats.  Finally i stamped the sentiment.

Visible image DT post - Create and Craft Isabella Lost Love samples

Today I am showing you some samples I made for yesterday's Visible Image Stamps Create and Craft show.  Did you see the show???  Mark's demos were BRILLIANT.

Visible Image Blog Badge, Blinkie

The samples use stamps from the Isabella Lost Love set ...
Visible Image stamps character stamp love rose shadow gate stamp
You may recognise this - I made 2 almost identical for the show, one for pre-show marketing.  I am happier with the hair on this one, better shading!!  Oh and I love these colours so much I did the mountboard and packaging Isabella in the same colours!!!  The Isabella Lost love set is amazing - 6 gorgeous stamps, of which I have used 5 on this card.  I coloured Isabella in using my copics and then stamped the grungy border from the set round the edge.  I stamped the flowerfrom the set up three times and coloured them in again with copics.  I scored some blue cardstock to create the diamond pattern and then added the image, flowers and the senttiment.  I stamped the blood drip under the flower.

Challenges:
Graph it challenge - black hair

For this card I stamped, coloured and masked Isabella off, before creating the background using distress inks.  I stamped the fence across before removing the mask.  The dp is Bo Bunny Serendipity and I added some lace.  I stamped the rose onto red cardstock and cut it out.  Finally I stamped the sentiment onto a journaling card and added some gems.

Isabella was once again stamped, coloured, masked and the background created using a circle mask and distress inks.  I stamped the fence across and then rempved the mask.  I distressed the image, Prima dp and kraft cardstock.  The flower was stamped onto kraft cardstock using fired brick distress ink and cut out.  I stamped the sentiment directly onto the dp and added the pearl swirl.

Time for a little bit of gossip ...

I have had this cute Sugar Nellie fairy for a while, but with everything else that is going on I haven't inked her up until today.  I coloured her using my pens and then simply embossed some white cardstock and matted the image and cardstock up.  I haven't used this diamond stitch pattern embossing folder for ages - love it  I added some gingham ribbon and bow, and the cute ickle tag sentiments.  Finally pearls were added to the tags.

And don't forget ...
