Tout ceci est fait pour protéger les droits d'auteurs, ainsi que les droits des personnes qui vont potentiellement utiliser le fichier par la suite. ശേഷം, അതിന്റെ ഗൗരവം ഞാൻ മനസിലാക്കി, ശ്രീ. ഡാവിഞ്ചി സുരേഷ് നേരിട്ട് അയച്ചു തന്ന ചിത്രങ്ങൾ വിക്കിമീഡിയ കോമൺസിൽ എന്റെ സ്വന്തം സൃഷ്ടിയായി അപ്‍ലോട് ചെയ്തു(അതിനുള്ള അനുവാദം അദ്ദേഹത്തിൽ നിന്നും ഞാൻ വാങ്ങി). അതിനുശേഷവും Christian Ferrer എന്നവൻ എന്റെ ചിത്രങ്ങൾ നീക്കം ചെയ്തു.

The images have been deleted because they can be found in prior publications in the web, and without the compatible free licenses. If you have any permissions, so then those permsissions must be sent directly by the copyright holder to our permission system. @Sreejithk2000 and Jkadavoor: hello, maybe one of you can do a short translation to this user. Vijith9946956701, you cannot upload pictures that you do not own the copyright. You can, if the original copyright holder will send an email confirming the permission later. In such cases, please add the template {{OTRS pending}} so that Administrators will not delete the image. I am sorry that the images were deleted, but Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously, so we have to obey the rules. If you have a valid reason to restore any of the images that was deleted, please put a request here: Commons:Undeletion requests.

Hi, it's recently been pointed out by an editor in the danish article about Christina of Saxony, that the file:1462 Christine.jpg seems to be cut from some version of Saints Genevieve and Apollonia by Lucas Cranach the Elder, and isn't likely to be Christina.

The file still features in several different other languages, and at the very least the file information is lacking and categorization is inadequate. I'm not sure how to go about it, any suggestions? TherasTaneel (talk) 01:22, 18 July 2019 (UTC)

It has been a while when I last overwrote work with filtered version. I have stopped doing this since the conversation ended. Still no copyvious were produced by me at any time. Lamentablemente el sistema de alertas de esta web no me avisò de la necesidad de mi intervenciòn en el momento de su propuesta de borrado, sobre este punto por lo cual no pude aclarar el caso que segùn vi es por la falta del permiso de Gladys. Para este permiso no habrìa problema por parte de ella, pero necesito saber còmo se lo debo hacer llegar y coordino con Gladys para la autorizaciòn necesaria.

Estarè aqgradecido por lo que me pueda ayudar con este incidente y estarè revisando mi cuenta para poder estar atento a su respuesta.

Hi again, there are some recently uploaded files I'm unsure how to proceed with:

• File:Brk858-brask03.jpg, which can be found here, with the same filename.
• File:Skærmbillede 2019-08-28 kl. 12.53.41.png, which is the same as
• File:Photojenspeterbrask.png; both a cropped version of the one on Jens-Peter Brask's website

The uploader named LangballeDK has sourced it as Own work and it's possible a photographer surnamed Langballe made them. But it's not clear from the websites where they are already present, at least not anything I could find, so what is needed in this case? TherasTaneel (talk) 15:10, 29 August 2019 (UTC)

• Thanks for the report, I deleted the files. We usually consider those cases (files tagged as "Own work", but already avilable in the web without a compatible license) as copyright violations and the files are deleted. Sometimes a photographer publishes his photos here after publishing them elsewhere, but there are clues such as names, full photo sets with high resolutions and with EXIFs, ect, ect... The right thing to do, for similar files as the files quoted above, is to tag them with {{Copyvio}} or to report them to an administrator (as you did), or into Commons:Administrators' noticeboard. You may be interested by this tool Help:VisualFileChange.js, that allow to easily nominates files for deletion, or to tag the files with {{Copyvio}}, no permission, no source, ect, ect...
