For transparency purposes, I was a client and ex team member at Noctus Digital. I had owned a renovation company from early 2017 to April 2024. From January to April, I worked was a client of Noctus Digital. We were hovering around $75k/month or around $800k per year, with around 1-2 medium sized jobs per month. We then clicked on a video ad on Facebook, and we decided to work with them. Immediately on onboarding 2 days after admin work was done, I spoke to William, their client sucess director, and we reworked our offer. He set up our marketing systems, and a strategy to hit our goal. By September 2024, we had hit $390k nearly $400k per month doing 5-8 or 9 jobs per month. I had even hired a sales person to do my quotes, and I was starting to be completely off the tools. This transformation was unexpected as we were not prepared to grow this fast, but it is a good problem we have. Fast forward to November 2025, I came on as a business coach to fill in for their vacant spot over the Christmas holidays as their head coach went away and we were finishing off jobs for the year. My honest experience as an ex client and ex team member temporarily has been extraordinary. As a client, the way they treated me, my team and even my sales person (them mentoring him) was very helpful and not included in their main services which was marketing. And, as a team member, I saw how efficient and how client-centric they are. I was given access to their Slack, Asana project management and CRM. My only areas of improvement is that they let the clients choose how fast they want to grow. When we first worked with them, we had no clue that growth through online channels could be this fast. If we had prepared, we would've gotten to half a million a month or 6mil/year, but instead we went from 75k to 300k per month within just under 120 days. But I guess that's a good "problem" to have. Functioning of the program in the background is first rate. It doesn’t appear to cause any lag what so ever. For me that is critical. I would have given a 5 star review but selected a 4 (4.5 if possible) instead because I struggle a little with the setups for various functions. If the company could work on that aspect and perhaps simplify the technical jargon so that even I could completely understand, it would be a perfect solution. I have been with this product for over 10 years and can highly recommend it.

A Disappointing Experience with Sophie Howard’s Amazon Courses I joined Sophie Howard’s Amazon selling program back in 2020 with high hopes, but unfortunately, the experience was more like a never-ending puzzle or an episode of the Krypton Factor. The course never actually provides clear, honest instructions on how to make money—particularly when it comes to ‘finding that niche product.’ It’s like trying to find a needle in a haystack with no magnet to help. The same issues apply to her Amazon publishing course. There’s a lack of honesty and transparency throughout. Instead of delivering practical, actionable advice, the courses feel like a maze of vague promises and generic guidance. I urge anyone considering these programs to save your money. There’s so much free, high-quality information available online for those interested in selling Amazon products or starting Kindle publishing. You don’t need to spend thousands on courses that overpromise and underdeliver. Sadly, I’ve spent thousands with Sophie Howard, and I can honestly say it wasn’t worth it. Do your research, use free resources, and think twice before signing up for any of her products. I wish someone had warned me before I wasted my time and money.

It's evident that whoever designed this product and keeps maintaining it - has customers experience in mind. I loved every bit of it - from onboarding to customer service when I looked for a little extra support. The light shines through the interface and the people I interacted with.
