I was having issues with my server's console. I was unable to add anyone to admin, or type ANY command into our console for some reason.
After about 3 minutes of conversation with Jade, my resolution was fixed. My friends and I were encountering bugs in our 7 Days to Die play that was causing us massive loss of resources (time lost too!) and Jade was able to get me a server admin and allow me to restore the resources lost to my friends and I.

They were also very responsive and attentive to my concerns, overall went above and beyond to help me find a solution!

All responses were AI driven overnight, but I guess they don't have much help at 4am, so I kinda respect that.

Nuno helped solve my issue within 20 minutes.
I was evaluating the server's backup functionality to confirm its operational status, but I encountered the "Restoring Backup" message for more than 30 hours.
I submitted a request via the ticketing system but did not receive any feedback.
I suggest utilizing the live chat feature, as Nuno informed me that it allows for a more prompt resolution.
Without Nuno's assistance, my experience would likely have resulted in a negative review.

Support tickets seem to take a while to get things handled
Servers are excellent and work Phenomenally well, only issue I have with ShockByte is the lack of communication when it comes to support tickets and response time on them.
