• All streams/branches of B.Sc (All Streams)., BCA, BBA, B.A (All Streams)
B.Com (All streams) , B.Voc, M.Sc (Non-CS/IT), M.A, M.Com from 2025 year
of pass outs with full-time education only (Part-time and distance educations
are not considered)​With 50 % & above from 10th, 12th, UG & PG
• *Not Eligible for this Role: MBA, MCA, MSc Computer Science & MSc IT
(Separate Off-Campus Hiring for MCA, MSc CS & IT for Associate Software
Engineer Role - Later)
• No active backlogs during application and/or during onboarding.​ (No current Arrears
is allowed. If having previous arrears should have cleared it when applying)
• You should have completed your relevant degree (eligible for this job role), in the
stipulated duration of the degree. Hence, there should be no gaps during the course
of your degree. Eg: You must complete your BBA in 3 years or your M.Sc. in 2 years.​

ROLES
System and Application Services Associate
1. App/cloud engineering
 Identify and solve issues within applications and infrastructure.
 Drive resolution of functional, technical and infrastructure issues for clients
 Guide clients with a variety of expertise (from users to admins and developers) in overcoming technology challenges
 Focus on driving automation, self-service, and evolving cloud infrastructure environments

2. Project control services


 Enable program management and increase the overall quality of Technology Delivery
 Support projects in the Technology Delivery Centers by tracking and managing project management office activities
 Proactively monitor, manage, report on execution of deliverables, and solve issues
 Manage multiple stakeholders to align priorities and direction.

3. Low/no code app development


 Develop applications using a low-code development platform, setting up and configuring systems for each
client's unique requirements
 Work with three key elements: form builders, pre-built templates, drag-and-drop visual interface, entity builder
 Research and analyze internal business processes with the scope of optimizing and automating them

4. Test automation engineering


 Create test designs, test processes, test cases and test data
 Apply business and functional knowledge including testing standards, guidelines, and testing methodology to
meet the teams overall test objectives
 Analyze the results and then submit the observations to the development team
• Modular architectures, next-generation techniques, cloud-first and mobile-first mindset to provide vision to App

assessments
The assessment is scheduled in two stages, and must be completed within the
scheduled time
#Mock Assessment – (To attend in the PAC – Training & Placement Dept)
Either on your own laptop/PAC System)
You will get a 10-minute mock/practice assessment
Mock assessment is mandatory, and it will ensure that you have the right
hardware, software and internet
This assessment will help you to get an experience of the assessments
Assessment #1: Cognitive assessment (Mandatory to attend) Elimination
Round. Online –Has to be taken in College PAC –Training & Placement
You will get 50 minutes to complete this assessment
Cognitive assessment includes 50 questions on:
English ability
Critical thinking and Problem solving
Abstract Reasoning
Cognitive assessment result will be notified within 5-10 minutes post
completion. You are advised to remain seated and await result.
Assessment #2: Technical assessment (Not
Mandatory & Not an Elimination Round) Online –
Has to be taken in College PAC- T& P
Note: Cognitive Assessment is mandatory and will be an elimination round.
However, Technical Assessment will be a non-elimination round in case
you choose Assessment type as “Cognitive & Technical Assessment”. The
scores of your technical assessment will be factored into the overall
selection process score which will determine the final selection.
You will get 30 minutes to complete this assessment. Technical assessment
includes 40 questions on:
Common Application and MS office
Pseudocode
Fundamentals of Networking, Security
*It is recommended that students from BCA, BSc CS & Bvoc IT take
this assessment.
Assessment #3: Communication assessment (Mandatory to attend –
Online Assessment)
The duration of this assessment is approximately 30 minutes. This is an
elimination Round.
You will receive a separate email with timelines and login details to
participate in this assessment. Can be taken in College/Home.
Communication assessment will assess you on the below mentioned
parameters

Vocabulary
Fluency
Pronunciation

Assessment #4 : Final Interview (Online Interview will be scheduled


for those who clear the previous rounds) It will be a combination of
Technical & HR Interview

In column A- Candidate first name must contain minimum 2 alphabets, do not fill first
name with a single letter or any special characters like (.,- etc)
In column B – Middle name is not mandatory but don’t use any numbers or special
characters like (.,- etc)
In column C- Candidate must have the last name it must contain minimum 2 alphabets,
do not fill first and last name with (.,- etc) If candidate does not have last name, kindly fill
with candidate parent name as per PAN card.
In column D - Mobile Number: Please capture 10 digits mobile number only, please

• How many attempts can a student get for Mock Test?


 One
• Does Mock Test include assessments related to Coding and Communication both?
 No, Mock test basically checks technical system configurations required to launch Accenture online assessment and also to
familiarize the look and feel of the tool. Attempting the main test on the same system successfully used for mock test
reduces any chances of any technical glitches

• What is the eligibility criteria for System and Apps?


 All streams/branches of B.Sc., BCA, BBA, B.A, B.Com, B.Voc, BMS, B.B.S, B.F.M, B.B.I, B.A.F, B.Ed., B.M.M., B.FA, , B.S.Micr,
B. Design, M.C.M, M.Sc (Non-CS/IT), M.A, M.Com or M.FA from 2025 year of passouts with full-time education only (Part-time

 Laptop/Desktop requisites:
 The Laptop/desktop being used for the process, must be enabled with a good quality webcam and microphone.
 RAM & Processor: 4 GB+ RAM, i3 5th Generation 2.2 Ghz or equivalent/higher
 Operating system: Windows 8 or 10
 Google Chrome browser: latest 5 Versions

 Internet Connectivity:
 Stable Internet connection of 2Mbps+ enabled through broadband connection, do avoid unstable 3G/4G networks
 VPN/Proxy should be disabled

 Headsets only for communication assessment:


 Its highly recommended to use a USB enabled Headset with a microphone, or a good quality headset with single jack – 3.5 mm
having microphone
 Students must avoid using Bluetooth headsets or using on system speakers and microphone.

• Whom can the candidates reach out to in case of any technical issue?
 Candidates can raise a ticket on helpdesk available during Assessment. This year onwards, additionally Assessments will
happen at College premises, students may reach out to Assessment invigilator or college placement cell.

• Can a student participate in our recruitment process if he/she has a backlog and reappearing?
 No active backlogs at the time of application and no backlogs during onboarding at Accenture.

 Is Coding mandatory for System and Apps?


 No Coding for System and Application Service Associate

 Will Cognitive and Coding happen on same day?


 Cognitive & Technical (Optional) will happen on same day
• Can students take the assessment virtually from their home?
 No, Cognitive-Technical & coding assessment will be done at College premises.

• Will the recruitment process be different for OCI students?


 All foreign nationals require relevant permits before being employed in India. (Work
permits or work visa or an Overseas Citizenship of India (OCI) or Person of Indian
Origin (PIO) or other legally acceptable documents)
