    Trainee/Functional Consultant MES/MOM
    You will be a part of a team that is responsible for working closely with our clients to
    identify their needs and priorities and help them achieve their digitalization goals for the
    shop floor and/or laboratories. In this endeavour, we will provide you with extensive
    classroom and hands-on training to make you one of the best consultantsfor the Life
    Sciences Industry.
    Responsibilities
     Learning a complex software product that caters to the execution of recipes (to make
    product) and supporting workflows (cleaning, sampling) in the Life Sciences industry
     Leading and facilitating workshops to gain a thorough understanding of client-specific
    requirements, processes and organization
     Conducting detailed process analysis, designing systems and processes, and
    configuring/optimizing them based on production requirements
     Developing pilot use cases and conducting demo presentations to showcase proof of
    concept all the way to gaining customer acceptance for the demonstrated solution
     Formulating and executing test scenarios and test cases for the accepted solution in the
    most optimal manner based on regulatory requirements
     Training customers on the delivered solutions, ensuring they have a complete
    understanding of the implemented systems
     Participation in commissioning and handover of the system to the production
    environment/users and providing hyper-care for an agreed duration
     Supporting the system running on the production floor after successful handover –
    troubleshooting, continuous improvement,new process flows
     Develop an understanding of relationship of our systems with higher-level external
    systems, e.g., ERP, as well as lower-level external systems, e.g., sensors, automation
     Develop understanding of compliance in the regulated industry, e.g., GxP, 21 CFR Part 11,
    and its implications on delivering and maintaining computerized systems.
    Educational Qualifications
     Completed Bachelor’sor Master’sdegree in any STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering,
    Mathematics) or Pharmaceutical fields.
     Experience of 0 to 3 yrs.
    Desired Skillset
     Good communication & presentation skills – written and oral
