Initial Activity
Think-Pair-Share (5 to 10 minutes)

Have you observed children in a playground?

What is their common reaction when they see other
children?
Do you think making friends innate among children?
Objectives
 Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of
the concept of emotional and behavioral
disorder
 Analyze a case study using the ABC
(antecedents, behavior and consequents)
that suggests management of learner
behavior.
Temple Grandin
Temple Grandin was diagnosed with autism
as a child. She did not consider her
condition as a detriment and pursue work in
psychology and animal science. She has
become a leading advocate of communities
for persons with autism. She is a professor
in Colorado State University and has
likewise written books and provided
consultation on the humane treatment of
animals. In 2010, HBO released an Emmy https://www.portersquarebooks.com/eve
