Current Leadership Situation
• An strategic decision for the current leadership of the school has to be made to ensure the best interest of TWA
• Although milestones have been achieved by TWA’s leader, the management style has created an unhealthy working environment

Implemented Policies and Procedures Non-collaborative work environment; underutilized resources
Expanded the TWA Athletics Program Micro-management, with limited staff decision making autonomy
Implemented Behavior Management Systems Disengaged personal with low team communication
Reinstated after school programs; Clubs & Arabic lessons Inefficient day-to-day School Management
Formed the Faculty Advisory Committee Student Disconnect and Overall Disengagement
