SOLUTION
Solution for Kana's Organizational
Problems
Kana's behavior is influenced by the emotions she feels from her
workplace. Therefore, advice that can be given to Kana can be divided
into two conditions, advice if she stays in the company or moves to a new
company.

If Kana wants to stay at PT Happy and Healthy Foods, the suggestions

that can be given are:
1. Kana must increase her emotional management and emotional
control, so that emotions at work do not affect her work and
relationships outside of work.
2. Kana must improve her communication skills, especially with superiors
or bosses, so that the company can understand what Kana is feeling or
thinking.

Solution for the Relationship
• They need to talk, to understand each other's expectation
• Speak up, more fluid interaction
• They need to understand that conflict is not something to avoid, it is
something to be managed and they must learn it.
• Especially for Kana, she need to lower her ego to understand
that everybody have their own problem and she need to listen.
• For Rudi, he needs to lower his disregard and begin to understand
that not everyone takes on problems like he did. So he need
to enhance his empathy.
