• Dominating tone
What NOT to do
Don’t fall into combat mentality.

Don’t beat around the bush.

Don’t be disrespectful.

Don’t loose sight of the goal.

Don’t pretend to know how they feel.

Don’t use excuses as your shield.

• Conveying future plans
• Presence of generosity and respect
• Absence of integrity and truth
• Lack of empathy
• Falling into combat mentality
• Sense of vague outcome
