Introduction
The letter "e" in e-learning stands for the word "electronic". E-learning involves
the use of a computer or electronic device in some way to provide training,
educational or learning material.
E-Learning can be defined as courses that are specifically delivered via the
internet to somewhere other than the classroom where the professor is teaching.
With increasing access to technologies this approach to learning facilitates
lifelong learning among various learners and various types of collaboration among
learners and teachers.
While schools were the first to adopt e-learning technology , businesses have
also recognized its advantages and rapidly adopted e-learning in order to train
their employees
Aim
 The aim of this E-learning course is to make study
process more interesting and efficient.
 Web-based learning enables us to offer alternative
learning possibilities for the people with special needs,
from remote areas, women with small children.
 This project help to make the information and study
materials better available for learners
OBJECTIVE

Looking for a E-learning site to manage the lectures related to different


courses and topic. So that the administration can keep record of each
courses.
This site help you to read, see videos and also allow you to save your
own notes which helps to recall previously learned material.
By end of course student can evaluate their performance.
Unlike classroom teaching, here one can access the content unlimited
number of times.
This site enables learner to access updated content whenever they want
it.

This site reduces cost for transportation for learner as they can gain knowledge at any place without
going to teacher’s place.
This type of education allows you to learn when its optimal ,it is ideal for people who want to focus
on both their career and education.
It is accessible to people of all ages to learn without any restriction.
Learners can learn according to their speed of grasping instead of following others speed.
The allow students separated over large geographical area and having limited opportunities to have
access to lessons.
E-learning is booming in global market it is estimated that till 2025
it will reach to $325 billion.

This project E-Learning Management System has been developed on JAVA and MySQL.
The main objective for developing this project is provide a user friendly environment to
provide knowledge and give every one a chance to learn. E-Learning provides innovative
courses directly to you. Take any
class, any time you want, anywhere you want, with no additional software
to download—all you need is an internet connection. Study at your own
place and access your course when it is convenient for you. This project
E-learning can be helpful to all students to improve their knowledge.
