Business Description
Our brand, appropriately named Blackaroni, is based
on the fusion of Filipino and American food. Derived
from the classic Filipino dessert and the popular
American snack, we sell our own blend of black sambo,
and spiced mac and cheese with mashed potato and
bacon flakes.

Aim: catch the interest of our target consumers, our


fellow students, by having them indulge their cravings
on food that is not often seen together in
Dumaguete City.
