Subject:- Offer letter Regarding Bungalow Requirement.
Dear Sir,
We thank you sincerely for showing interest in our firm
IMAGINATION and believing in our work. We should definitely
provide you best services.We assure you that the work done will
meet your expectations. Enclosed here is the schedule for the
work process.The completion time of the project is 12 months
from the date of signing off the agreement.
We have worked out the detailed budget requirement for your
project which is approximately Rs 90lacs ( The detailed Break up
is enclosed with the letter)
Our consultation charges along with the design charges are 10 %
of the total cost ( i.e. Rs 90lacs) which comes to Rs 9.0Lac. The
completion time of the project is 12 months from the date of
signing off the agreement.
Please note the payment terms and conditions as below:
20% -- Advance At the time of agreement.
20% -- After Design approval.
20% -- At the time of agreement for sale and start of the project.
20 % -- After work completion.
20 % -- At the time of handover.
Please note that following documents will be required from your
side in order to complete the loan files and distribution of the
money to the builder.

Bank statement 6 months
Agreement for contract
Form 16 for last 3 years
Income tax returns last 3 years
Salary slips last 3months.

Dear Sir,
In continuation to our earlier bill of 15th February 2015,we
appreciate reciept of Rs.20,000 towards initial retention charges.
We are submitting herewith our bill for the services provided till
date.
Conceptual Design (10%) Rs 45,000
Design Finalization (10%) Rs 45,000
Add : Towards service tax @12.36% : Rs. 6,180/-
Total Amount Due : Rs.96,180/-

Also, we would like to inform you that there are some documents
which are not yet received but are required for PCMC for obtaining
sanction.
The following documents are required:
Demarcation certificate within 4 years.
Tax NOC.
Hence,you are required to submit the above documents and also
release the amount earliest.

5. Proposal Submission to PCMC. 1st week of April

6. Providing set of working drawings. 1st week of
