MAX3246E +3.0V-powered EIA/TIA-232 and V.28/V.24 MAX3228E/MAX3229E: ±15kV ESD-Protected,
communications interface devices feature low power con- +2.5V to +5.5V, RS-232 Transceivers in UCSP

are protected to the above standards, while the transmit-

The MAX3222E/MAX3232E have two receivers and two
MAX3222EC/D 0°C to +70°C Dice* —
transmitters. The MAX3222E features a 1µA shutdown

three receivers) is ideal for peripheral applications that MAX3232ECWE 0°C to +70°C 16 Wide SO —

down mode in which all receivers remain active, while *Dice are tested at TA = +25°C, DC parameters only.

(SHDN = low). The MAX3237E’s supply current falls

range (-0.3V < R_IN < +0.3). When shut down, the
