Introduction
Welcome to Artic Delights, where sweet moments are created with every
scoop! We are thrilled to introduce our one-of-a-kind ice cream shop that offers a
delightful array of flavors such as cookies and cream, Choco fudge, rocky road, etc. Our
ice cream also includes different toppings to amaze your taste buds. We also offer a self-
service for the customers to choose the flavor and toppings of their own desired ice
cream. At Artic Delights, we ensure that all the ingredients are clean and high quality to
achieve our customers satisfaction, we also ensure the hygiene and cleanliness of the
place and apply the ethical manners of the employees for a good environment, giving an
excellent experience for the customers.

Our shop is a Sole Proprietorship model owned by a dedicated owner, Leean


Palacio who’s a young and aspiring entrepreneur that’s dedicated to run a business. Our
shop will be located at Malidong, Pioduran, Albay, near the coastline which is perfect for
sunset lovers to have a spot where they can enjoy their moment at the shop.

To launch Arctic Delights, we are seeking Php150,000 in funding, which will


cover startup costs, working capital, and initial marketing expenses. Funding will be
sourced through a combination of personal investments, and potential equity
partnerships.

Artic Delights was created to become the go-to destination for ice cream lovers in
the community. Our mission is to provide a fun and inviting atmosphere for ice cream
lovers of all ages to indulge in creamy, delicious treats that bring smiles and joyful
memories. We ensure our commitment to quality, creativity, and customer satisfaction
sets us apart from competitors. With a prime location, strategic marketing initiatives, and
a solid business plan in place, we project steady growth and profitability in the coming

including classic favorites like chocolate and vanilla. Customers can customize their
orders with a variety of toppings, choosing the dessert of their own taste, Arctic Delights
will also offer sundaes, milkshakes, and ice-cream cakes for special occasions.

Ice Cream Flavors: Indulge in our rich and creamy ice-cream flavors, meticulously crafted
with premium ingredients and artisanal expertise. From classic favorites to bold and
innovative creations, each scoop promises a burst of flavor and a memorable experience.

Strawberry Swirl, Mint Chocolate Chip, Cookies and Cream, Rocky Road, and Cheesecake.

1. Ice-Cream Making: Ice-cream will be made in small batches on-site using high-quality
ingredients such as fresh dairy, organic fruits, and premium flavorings to ensure superior

toppings.

Hours of Operation: The ice cream shop will operate from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm on
weekdays and 7:00 am to 10:00 pm on weekends.

Staffing: Arctic Delights will employ a team of experienced ice cream makers, customer
service representatives, and a store manager to ensure smooth operations and
exceptional service.

Customer Experience: The shop will focus on creating a cozy atmosphere with
