Recruitment and Talent Development
• Direct the full cycle of recruitment
• Collaborating with hiring managers to identify recruitments needs, create job
descriptions and develop role-specific assessment tools, enhancing candidate
selection precision
• Conduct Initial screening of candidates based on requirements
• Schedule & conduct Interviews liaising with responsible hiring managers.
• Involve in the selection process and using HR databases, ATS systems and CMS
Systems for efficient decision making
• Build and monitor an internship program to find talented and smart candidates from
fresh graduates, which can be trained to become permanent roles.
• Be proactively involved in out reaching initiatives for recruitment related activities.
• Actively participate in career fairs, employer branding and social media activities,
including Facebook and LinkedIn.
HR Operations
• Create Employee personal files and follow the onboarding process (Orientation
program).
• Update newcomers’ data and update the leaves and attendance on Atlas.
• Timely preparation of HR Analytical reports for management decision making
process & Maintain employee personal data.
• Completing onboarding and offboarding to issue final documents. (Service
letters/employment confirmations/salary confirmation)
• Be involved with the Performance Evaluation of the staff each quarter.
