THE ANNUAL DAY 2024 - 2025

Dear Parents,

As we eagerly await our Annual Day, we request you to please note the following:

1. The Annual Day program on 6th December begins at 5:30 PM. Request you all to be seated by 5:15 PM.
2. Children need not come to school in the morning on this day.
3. The own transport students will have to reach school premises by 2:00 PM sharp.
4. The pickup time for the school transport students will be intimated by the transport department.
4. The students have to come to school in a civil dress and casual footwear.(visibly labelled)
5. The students must carry a bag with a zipper to keep their dress when they change into the costume.
6. Ensure that all belongings are labelled with a marker in a visible manner.
7. All the girls must have their hair shampooed, neatly combed back and tied up. The class teacher will
intimate on a nearer date, if there is a specific hair style(which would be simple) that you need to do
for your child. They must also carry a dozen ‘U’ pins to keep hair and bun in place.
8. Wearing a slip and knee-length black cycling shorts for girls, and vest and shorts for boys are
mandatory. Please respect the privacy of your child. If your child needs a specific color of socks the
class teachers would send a mail.
9. All the students must carry a comb and a dozen safety pins. Please make sure you child is not wearing
any gold/silver ornaments on this day. Do not send any fancy items as well. School shall not take any
responsibility towards this.
10. As its winter time, please send a civil hoodie/Jacket labelled. Don’t send school hoodies as they tend to
get mixed up and lost.
11. Parents are also advised to carry warm clothes as it is cold in the evenings.
12. Send two boxes of heavy snacks preferably finger food and adequate water. Though refreshments will
be provided by the school.
13. As you are aware, we discourage use of plastics in the school campus we request you to bring water
bottles with you, though water will be provided.
14. The dispersal of the students will be only at curtain call.
15. All the pupils will have to be picked up from the venue by the parents. No drop facility is available.
16. Any request for the early departure of the participant before the programme gets over will not be
entertained.
